The “Herdade de Cadouços”, located in a geographic transition area from “Ribatejo” to “Alentejo”, is a farm with 600 ha. In here, we present a new enoturism concept, conciliated, by one hand with the extended bright blue from its 7 lakes, and by the other hand, by the green from the fields, vineyards and cork oak forests. In our farm, we adjust in a harmony way, our Rural Hotel with the production of wine and cork. Here, who visit us, can stay for the night, taste regional food made in our restaurant, visit the cork oak forests and vineyards, the cellar, and also taste our wines in the “House of Wine”, with Gregorian Chants as background music. Our visitants also claim the reason why we had national and international recognition.
