Each building is furnished with family heirlooms, antiques and artifacts that chronicle the history of the houses and the entire plantation country. You will arrive to Mint Juleps or Hot Toddies, depending on the season. Turn-down service includes, nightcaps, romantic music and wood-fires (in cooler months). Each morning the farm bell announces the candlelight plantation breakfast served in the 1790 Log Room. The grounds include a pool, nature trail, lawn games and barnyard of animals. Spacious guest rooms with private baths are situated in Ladysmith. Modern conveniences, such as air-conditioning, refrigerators, coffeemakers, and hair dryers, are inconspicuously placed in each room.
