Residence Ayghedzor is an elegant building that combines functionality and comfort, offering comfortable and spacious guest rooms and reception areas.
Rooms and apartments are available for both short and long stays, and have been furnished for both tourists and businessmen, combining the roomy comfort of home with an efficiency. The decor is eclectic, combining antiques, artwork and comfortable furniture. The residence offers bright rooms, each with a private bath. All the rooms have climate control, telephone, Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV.
The residence is run by "Family Care" Foundation, and the aim is mainly for the development of projects and tourism in different regions of Armenia and Nagorno Karabagh.
Income is also used to support "Veratsnund" Art School which started soon after the disastrous earthquake in December 1988, with the hope of providing children and adolescents with an opportunity to develop creative and cultural skills in a warm and caring environment, otherwise damaged by poverty and natural disaster.
