The Melbourne Airport is about 15 miles northwest of Melbourne, Australia, in a suburb called Tullamarine. It is made up of four terminals: T1, T2, T3 and T4. T1, T3 and T4 are all domestic terminals while T2 is the international terminal. There currently is no wireless access in the airport, but there are internet kiosks in T2 and T3 where internet access is available. The Melbourne airport also has an "Emerging Talent" program that supports up-and-coming local artists. Airlines served by the Melbourne Airport are: Air China, Air Mauritius, Air New Zealand, Air Pacific, Cathay Pacific, China Eastern, China Southern Airlines, Emirates, Freedom Air, Garuda Indonesia, Jetstar Airways, Malaysia Airlines, O'Connor Airlines, Pacific Blue, Philippine Airlines, Qantas, Rex, SAS, Singapore Airlines, Thai Air, Tiger Airways, United, Vietnam Airlines and Virgin Blue.

Directions

The Melbourne Airport is located on the Tullamarine Freeway. From Melbourne, take the Western Ring Road or the CityLink Tollway to the Tullamarine Freeway. Please note that the CityLink Tollway requires you to buy a CityLink pass before getting on or when you exit the Tollway.

T1

T1 is one of three domestic terminals and it serves all Qantas and Jetstar flights. It consists of a ground floor, a mezzanine level and a first floor. The ground floor is for baggage claim and access to ground transportation. The mezzanine level is where you'll find the boarding gates, and the first floor is for check-in.

T2

T2 is the international terminal of the Melbourne Airport and consists of a ground floor arrivals level and a first floor departures level. On the ground floor you'll find customs, baggage claim and ground transportation. The first floor is for check-in and boarding. T2 serves the following airlines: Air China, Air Mauritius, Air New Zealand, Air Pacific, Cathay Pacific, China Eastern, China Southern Airlines, Emirates, Freedom Air, Garuda Indonesia, Jetstar Airways, Malaysia Airlines, Pacific Blue, Philippine Airlines, Qantas, SAS, Singapore Airlines, Thai Air, United and Vietnam Airlines.

T3

T3 is another domestic terminal and it serves Rex and Virgin Blue. Like T1, it has a ground floor for baggage claim and ground transportation, a mezzanine level for boarding and a first floor for check-in.

T4

T4 is the third of the domestic terminals and it serves Tiger Airways. The smallest of the terminals, it only has one level for all arrival and departure needs.
