San Jose del Cabo is a scenic gem tucked gently into the treasured oceanic foothills of the Sierra de la Laguna Dry Forest. A more subdued alternative to the usually explosive party scene of its sister city situated twenty miles down the highway, San Jose offers narrow cobblestone streets, pristine beaches, scenic views, and the consistent waves are perfect for surfing. Though Cabo San Lucas attracts most of the attention, San Jose del Cabo is definitely worth a visit.
