The Finca Simo bungalow complex lies approximately 2 km from the city centre and sandy beach. To 800m it is possible to find a supermarket, a bar, a restaurant and a shopping mall. The complex contains bungalow-type apartments. It includes a swimming pool (opening and closing dates subject to agreement with the neighbours), garden, children area and barbecue. There are two types of apartments available to guests. One kind comes with dining room/ lounge with a double sofa bed, 2 bedrooms for 2 people, a bathroom (most with a shower), a kitchen, a washing machine and a terrace. The other apartments are bungalows with 2 floors and access to a basement floor.
