Perth Airport is located in Australia and offers both domestic and international flights. It is the major commercial airport operating in Western Australia, but it is actually only a mid-sized airport compared to other international facilities. Its role as an airport that services locations in Australia, Asia, and even Africa has elevated its status. The airport has three major terminals and one minor terminal and also has a wide selection of restaurants and shops to choose from while you wait for your flight. Terminal one serves flights that depart or originate from outside Australia. Terminal 2 is devoted mostly to Qantas Airlines' domestic operations and has a total of nine gates. Terminal 3 is a domestic terminal and has a total of seven gates. The minor terminal is used primarily for charter aircraft and is known as the northern general aviation terminal. Airlines operating domestic flights include Alliance Airlines, National Jet Systems, Ozjet, Qantas, QantasLink, Jetstar Airways, Skippers Aviation, Skywest, Tiger Airways, and Virgin Blue. The airlines operating international flights include Air Mauritius, Air New Zealand, Cathay Pacific, Emirates, Garuda Indonesia, Malaysia Airlines, National Jet Systems, Qantas, Royal Brunei Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Skywest, South African Airways, Thai Airways International, and Tiger Airways. DHL, Australian Air Express, Exel Logistics, International Air Cargo Services, Perth Cargo Centre, and Qantas Air Cargo all operate cargo services out of Perth Airport.

Directions to Perth Airport

Finding your way to Perth Airport by car is relatively easy since the route is marked with signs that have a very recognizable airplane symbol. Following these airplane signs will take you on the most direct route to the airport. The International Terminal is located on Horrie Miller Drive and can be accessed by using Tonkin Highway. The Domestic Terminals are on Brearley Avenue and can also be found by using the Tonkin Highway. Turn-by-turn directions can be found on many major mapping Web sites.

Terminal 1

Terminal 1 is located on the east side of the runway and serves international flights operated by several international carriers.

Terminal 2

Terminal 2 is one of the domestic terminals at Perth Airport and is primarily used for Qantas' domestic operations.

Terminal 3

Terminal 3 is operated by Westralia Airports Corporation. Alliance Airlines, OzJet, Skywest, and Virgin Blue operate in this terminal.
