The holiday farm Torre di Renda is built on a previous building of the 17th century which soon after became summer home of the Bishop and extended on 150.000 sqm of woods. Torre di Renda is managed by cavaliere Filippo Golino and his brother Ignazio, who show a long experience in the catering.The farm has 19 bedrooms: single, double, and triple with bathroom, rooms for disable people, restaurant for 80 covers, conference hall, a wood which permits you horse riding and mountain bike, archery, a bowls court, and a large parting area.The Roman Villa of Casale, 3 miles from the city going to Barrafranca: you can find the most important extraordinary example of Roman architecture: the Roman Villa of Casale and its garglous mosaics. It is a monument which constitutes an exclusive evidence of the customs of the Roman decadence. The Villa was built at the end of the third century and is divided in three different levels composed by rooms, courtyards, therme and gardens. But the most important element of all this are the floors (3.500 square metres) covered by mosaics, you can visit: the four Seasons, the Circus Maximum, the 12 Labours of Hercules and the famous Bikini Room, but also scenes of hunting and fishing.
