Located in the heart of cruise-ship country east of Puerto Rico, St. Thomas has beautiful beaches, scuba diving, eco tours, fine dining and many more exciting and relaxing activities. Crime exists on the small Caribbean island, but for tourists crime is rare, so there is not much to worry about other than what you are going to do from day to day. The island is very small so wherever you choose to stay, whatever you choose to visit, you are never more than a few minutes away from everything else, and you can truly see this for yourself while standing on many of the island's hilltops and rooftops and balconies.
