The Simmons-Bond Inn Bed and Breakfast is a restored southern mansion of the greek revival period. Listed on The National Register of Historic Places, it features beautiful stained glass, beveled glass, and curved glass windows, dozens of ornate oak columns, 9 unique fireplaces, and an oak paneled diningroom that seats 35. The house is Toccoa's only B&B and is on the main street adjacent the courthouse, city hall, and county annex buildings. Toccoa Falls College is just one mile away.
Driving Directions: From I-85 : Exit at Lavonia. Turn north toward Toccoa. Stay on 17 to downtown Toccoa. The B&B is on the right, directly across from the courthouse.
