Clean, comfy, helpful staff
We had booked a “triple room” - were infact given a twin room with a fold down camp bed as the 3rd bed. There was no space to move or get ready in the room with the extra bed taking up the already tiny space.

The TV didn’t work ,the price is way to expensive the stagf was not really welcoming away from the lady that tried fixing the tv and failed The facility was not renewed and the room was way too small for 3 adulta

It was close to centre of town
It was looking a bit run down needed freshened up also no cash used only card and food and drink expensive, staff when seen were pleasant

Space in room was great. Bathroom size was good. Location was very convenient and quiet. Beds and pillows were super comfy
I could hear my neighbour talking on his phone in a room near me. I had read another review on this point before coming so I took earplugs with me. There was no milk for a coffee.

Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. Phenomenal staff at every level. We walked or biked to everything: dining, museums, bars and the zoo.
