For the most part the staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. The one issue we had was when had towels for two people but needed for four, when went to get them we were told they’d be brought in 10 minutes but weren’t brought for 45.

Room was disgusting. I don't think it was cleaned at all after the previouy guests left. Continental breakfast - coffee, eggs and sausage were barely warm. Had to double check to make sure room was non-smoking due to smell. Very noisy....hear everythin

Hair on bathroom floor. Items found on carpet (vape charger, plastic kid ring which my dog almost ate). Bed seemed clean thankfully.

Front desk staff was so unprofessional. I only wish there was more room to write all of our issues. Entire hotel had a weird, musty smell. Green stuff growing by pool. Breakfast was terrible.
