Hampton by Hilton Birmingham Broad Street

The room was spotlessly clean plenty of toiletries and towels provided . Plenty of tea ,coffee and milk . Very quiet .

Our only complaint was the pillows very small and lumpy

The staff were lovely and full of banter/down to earth conversation. They were funny and made us feel right at home, the rooms were actually bigger than we expected and had everything we needed including 24/7 snacks and in the day there is a Starbucks in the foyer. The breakfast was delicious and they offer a luggage drop service, we were early to book in and there weren’t any rooms quite ready so they let us leave our luggage locked away until we were ready to return. It was really convenient and nothing was a problem! Amazing service, will be coming back ^^

We had a room for 3 friends and so used the sofa bed to accommodate us all. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking at the hotel was great.

We would have preferred twin beds rather than a double.
