I love the staff's sense of caring for guests, everyone was son nice especially this girl named Andrea, who helped us everytime we called for help. But all the stuff was marvellous! We travelled from Argentina to attend an Star Wars convention called "ECHO LIVE". I have friends in Redditch. My fb name is DANIEL FREDDIE SEGOVIA.

Breakfast was very nice. Eat as much as you want, even have it to go. Marvelous.
Sadly, the staff didn't realise that there is one salt and one pepper shaker on the tables. Both filled with pepper, not just one table, several tables had just pepper in both shakers. I did mention it but the next day, still the same. The chairs in the dining area were in terrible condition. Many of them stained. I suggest they get chairs that can be cleaned to remove stains.

Location was perfect for where we needed to travel too. Breakfast was standard, but can't complain when its free. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
