Plussat: Crew was amazing people

Plussat: Good enough.

Plussat: We got an upgrade to business class and the experience was extraordinary. The service in general, but the warmth smile and courtesy of the flight attendants made the experience fantastic

Plussat: Great service, tasty sandwich.

Miinukset: Boarding was a bit of a scrum.

Plussat: More space in business class (777-300) than many other airlines.

Miinukset: Entertainment very limited. No adjustable air vents in this aircraft

Miinukset: Seat angle adjustment was not the most comfortable for sleeping.

Plussat: n/a

Miinukset: The conditions were very cramped. The entertainment system was quite old and had very little selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working all together. I called for assistance from my seat a couple of times, but nobody came.

Plussat: The gentleman at the check out his name was Omar went over and above the call of duty for Customer Service me being an American he walked me through each step of using flybe via air France and paying for checking my bags and even the carry on luggage and getting me through security etc.

Plussat: To reach the goal.

Miinukset: Food. Time.

Miinukset: Terrible airline, they charge for everything, but don’t give the client good service. I was yelled by a worker because I was having difficulties scanning my bag at the self-scanning-and-uploading-your-luggage that you pay $100 dollars extra Per bag. I don’t like this airline.

Miinukset: I paid for the preferred seat .and i found that people beside me didnt pay anything when i asked them ,

Miinukset: It's KLM. What else do you need to know.

Plussat: Flight and the crew!

Miinukset: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Plussat: 15 years ago I told myself not to fly Delta anymore. But these 2 flights Detroit to Amsterdam and back changed my mind. I enjoyed the flight very much and I'm looking forward to the next one.
