Did get the room we requested on the ground level.
The room was dirty. There was urine around the bottom of the toilet, bugs in the refrigerator, and the carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in days. The walls were streaked with nicotine and the air conditioner had no dials or cover. Horrible room.
