Execellent location for Mall of the Emirates which has a Metro Station. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Both bedrooms have own bathroom. Additional guest toilet near living room. Towels changed daily. Good views from small rooftop pool of Burj Al Arab. Great to have a washing machine. They also offer a laundry service.

Very basic crockery items. Glassware would have been useful. Not an issue as we ate out during our stay. Had to purchase washing up liquid/sponge to clean coffee cups. This could be supplied in each apartment along with tea towels already there.

The location of the suites is amazing, less than 200 meters away from Emirates Mall.

Room wasnt very clean, only one baby cot in the suite??!!, Room service pretty slow it took me 3 calls to get a mattress and another 3 calls to get the sheet to cover the mattress

Great location, staff are always friendly and helpful.

The towels in our bathroom were dirty, the lamp was broken and the shower heads in both bathrooms were broken. However after reporting this to staff they were resolved. It would help in future if rooms were regularly maintained inorder to avoid the customer complaining.
