Hotel location was very convinient, nice outside decoration and style
We stayed there 3 nights. Before check-in we tried to dial the hotel several times to arrange a shuttle from the sea port, but we never were answered. Hotel staff was unfriendly since the moment we showed up. Sewage system in the room didn't work properly, so sewage water always came out from the floor and flooded it. Room wasn't fully equippted. We asked to change the room, but after they did it on the second day, the room wasn't cleaned up until we checked-out. The beakfast buffer was all three days late to open, coffee cold and a "buffer" was simply bread with butter. We tied this behaviour up with low tourist season
