Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort

This is a very nice, high rise hotel located on Wakiki beach. The rooms are nicely appointed, the staff is friendly and helpful and, the restaurants food is very good.

This hotel is located in the Wakaki Beach area which is very crowded with many rude foreign tourists. The first night of our stay at about 17:30, we went to Dukes restaurant in the hotel and told there was a one hour wait, the bar was also full with no seating available. Left the hotel and walked into a sea of rude people! I figured out the next day that if you walk or take the trolley away from the hotel district, the crowds diminish considerable and so do the restaurant prices.

This hotel was DATED, bathtub insert was silly View was limited for the price paid, too noisy, overcrowded, couldn’t get into restaurants for hours, A warning from your booking business would have been helpful!

Very good location just in front of Waikiki beach. Convenient trolley bus if you want to visit the city without taking your car. You have the choice between the beach and the pool (not big, not too small).

Price of the daily parking (40 USD). Ocean view room is from the balcony only (nice view but not directly from the room). If you open your window, you will see the hotel in front of you.
