Sheets were smooth. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly.
I stayed in an outside room....it felt like a motel. I could hear neighbors and motorcycle outside my room. Bathroom tap was dirty. Bathtub was chipped. Bathroom door and knob was dirty.

Decent room and clean comfortable linens. Nice hotel interior despite first impression that hotel might be run down. Good reception , polite and efficient. Breakfast room pleasant.
First room we entered appeared pleasant and clean except for easy fix ceiling tile. Was moved to second room due to non working tv. Move was quick and no hassle. Approaching hotel from hwy 295 gave impression run down. Impression changed as we entered and saw the lovely atrium inside with pool facilities.

Housekeeping was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Check in was quick. Breakfast was lovely
The night worker wasnt much help he was lazy. I told him there was someone playing at my door and he didn't do anything just shrugged it off. The pool needs to be much cleaner and smell cleaner
