The location of the hotel was great -- took the Gautrain from the airport to the hotel and back again upon my departure. The hotel itself is stylishly appointed, and every staff member I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. The food was also quite good.
To whom it may concern Just wanted to give our horible stay in your hotel i went with my parents who came from heart surgery ( my father) we had very bad time we booked 2 suites our ac was not working from 10 pm we call and call to change toom finaly at 3 am in the morning they changed room fr us to 1032 and my prents 1006 the staff are very very impolite and rude room service we order just plates glasses always takes 2 hours to bring have asked favor to front desk to warm diner for my daughter and parents and they can charge us as ur hotel beside chiken nothing was halal mr eric the chef was so so rude acting so impolite front of my daughter that this is not his job etc... a 11yrs old daughyer he gave the tray from kitchen which food was not even warm properly and send it with her not even a help of room service to cary that tray breakfast time waitress just horrible behavior shout on my daughter as she came with pyjama shouted on her front of my parents and sent her back in room i spoke to manager this is not the way to speak with a child and send her back with tears should politely address my parents or call me in room and was a room dress not even a pyjama when manager spoke she lied your staff sory big liars we take breakfast not innpeace they speaks between them so loudly come on your table never ask or excuse just take plates with so much noise we start morning like this so im sory rooms always always dirty we call many times to changes towels then wanted to go to sandton mall with family came to visit my parents we was 6 the bus chages us 400 rand !!!!as per dr we was suppose prolong few more days for my dad finaly i checked and went to michael angelo i come aouth very often almonst every 3 months im playinium member with accord group very soon gold member with legacy but i never had such a bad experience as i had with radisson hotel should make feel guest like home and not treat them like what your staff does
