Nice view from swimming pool
Room big but not clean, no hot water in the bathroom, old furniture
the breakfast, staff was excellent. The Head server Jasmine Bahia Elden was friendly, helpful. She"s an amazing employee and she tried her best making sure we enjoyed our stay. I enjoyed the upgrade and appreciated it
The hotel is need of a makeover. The rooms need to be painted etc. When I entered my room First thing i noticed was the dirty carpets and musty smell. The bathroom condition such as tiles, amenities were also poor
The property is not in good condition. I think it need renovations and the service is very slow.

The Personnel was very helpful and polite, especially Jasmine in the Restaurant and Rania in the Reception.
This hotel is a total shame for the brand name 'Hilton'. 1) During our booking (August 2018) we gave our Diners Card, and we had no further notice. When we arrived at the hotel, they told us that they don't accept Diners. Fortunately, we also had Master Card. But imagine we had not. What would have happened??? 2)We had booked the 'Royal Suite'. If this is the Royal Suite, i don't want to imagine what a simple room would be. -The machinery chamber (with the A/C compressor and other stuff) was inside the room!!! and the noise was intolerable!!! We didn't sleep neither of the 2 nights we stayed. First time in my life i see a machinery chamber inside a hotel room!!! -The carpets were dirty (photo 1) -The bathroom was ancient. Since the time the hotel was built, for sure there hadn't been any restoration (photos 2-5) -The kitchen was dirty (photo 6) -There was a cigarette on the balcony table, who knows since when (photo 7) -The furniture was also from the time the hotel was built and probably they hadn't been cleaned since then (photo 8, just one of the pieces) -We were 3 person. There were towels for 2. We asked for one more in the reception, and they brought. The next day, they came to clean (???) the room, and they left again 2 towels. We called the reception on the phone, and needless to say, i am still waiting for the towel.... 3) The food was of a poor quality for a Hilton Hotel In general, i would give this hotel maximum 2 stars. It definetely needs fundamental renovation. What we lived these 2 days of our stay there is beyond imagination....unbelievable.....and totally unacceptable. We have stayed in many hotels (including many Hilton's), but this was a complete mess. Since we booked the hotel from your site, i would like you to ask them for a refund, otherwise i will have to ask the hotel directly myself. Waiting for your response.
