Plussat: okay location, was allocated a smoking room

Miinukset: housekeeping service was below average

Plussat: Plenty of electric outlets - by the desk, by the bed, in the bathroom. Enough for a multitude of electronics to be moved around as conveniently as possible. The room had a large set of hangers - both for jackets and trousers, as well as a personal iron and ironing board.

Plussat: The bed was fine. The bathroom was fine. The TV worked. There was a stocked mini bar.

Miinukset: This hotel had a worn out, grungy feel to it. In the bathroom, instead of toiletries, there was a note saying you could ask the desk for anything you need. The carpet in the hallways was ancient and grungy. Nothing felt especially clean.

Plussat: The staff are quite helpful. We had some problem with our first room and they changed us to another one which was more spacious and airy.

Miinukset: It’s between two metro stations and need to walk for 10-15 mins to either. It’s a pleasant walk when the weather was fine. However, a bit inconvenient at night and when it rained.

Plussat: We ask for wake us up and newer happen,almost missed airfreight

Miinukset: Kattoterasille enemmän aurinkotuoleja. Aamiaiselle gluteiiniton vaihtoehto. Vaikea löytää soijaton ruoka ruokalistalta.Allergigoille selvät merkinnät ruokalistaan ja aamiakselle myös. Aamiaistila liian pieni, oli ruuhkaa. Huoneet piti olla äänieristettyjä, mutta äänet kuu.uivat naapurihuoneesta ja käytävältä selvästi. Oli vaikea nukkua kun naapurihuoneessa metelöitiin ja yöllä heräsk kätävällä huutavien nuorten ääniin.

Miinukset: Room Food Service was one of the worst I've had in my life. They messed up the entire thing. I had to talk to three different people. It was a mess!

Plussat: front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to two metro connections to center city, airport etc.

Miinukset: 1st night the room had a lot of outside noise.

Plussat: Aamiaispöytä oli runsas ja monipuolinen. Respasta sai hyvin vastaukset omiin kysymyksiin.

Miinukset: Siivouksessa ei imuroitu kertaakaan lattioita, lakanat ja pyyhkeet kylläkin vaihdettiin.

Plussat: Hyvä aamupala. Hedelmät loistavia. Siisteys. Loistava sijainti.

Plussat: Hotel A.S. Lisboa is in a very handy location for your visit to Lisbon. It is on the metro line going to the airport, the journey takes around 20 minutes. You can reach the city centre on foot in about 40 minutes, the Saldanha area in about 20 minutes and the Edward VII Park (and El Corte Ingles) in about 20 minutes too. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. The staff members were all very helpful, friendly and polite. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast was amazing. The choice of bread seemed endless and there was hot food (scrambled eggs, baked beans, mushrooms, vegetables) as well as a selection of hot drinks, juices, fruits, ham/salami, cheese, cakes and yoghurt. We would definitely stay there again.

Miinukset: The only thing to be aware of is that the use of the safe in the room costs 3 Euros/night.

Plussat: The hotel is perfectly located just on the exit of Alameda station (green line) which makes it very easy to move in the city. The breakfast is good and corresponds to its price. The view from the windows is nice.

Miinukset: Internet in rooms is very poor so if you are coming for a business trip, you will have to work from the lobby. This hotel should put some slippers to the rooms as during the winter is really cold and it is bizarre not to have hotel slippers in such conditions.

Miinukset: Old Outdated The flor in the room was worn out. The wardrobe was worn out. Old fashioned. Old furniture in the room.

Miinukset: Room was above lobby and could hear lots of noise. Hallway outside room is very echoey so can hear everything on that floor. Room very outdated and damaged.

Plussat: Aamiainen oli monipuolinen. Metroasemalle pääsi heti ulko-ovelta.

Plussat: cheap, clean,Metro is located right outside the door and gets you downtown in minutes.Public parking is 2 blocks away and about 5 euros a day. the staff was very helpful.

Miinukset: The bed was very hard to us and there was alot of street noise in the morning..

Plussat: Very good

Miinukset: If there have a lunch and a diner can be bether

Miinukset: huone haisi oudolta siivous aineelta. Aamupala aika huono mutta hintaan nähden oletettavissa.

Plussat: We were attending a karate competition so the hotel was near the arena and right beside metro line.

Miinukset: Some of the staff were actually quite rude in dealing with us. The bathrooms in the room s when you showered the floor was flooded. We were told rooms would be ready at 1-2. We didn't get our room til 3:50. No apologies from the we staff.

Plussat: Breakfast was great for me .... Staff Friendly .... Location to Metro ....

Miinukset: Mattress wasn't great... Lack of English Channels (Only 1) ....

Plussat: Rooms were kept very clean and over all, for an old building, the electricity and air conditioning functioned in all areas except for the breakfast area. The location next to the Areeiro metro stop was super convenient and there were several restaurants nearby within walking distance. I felt that the area and our rooms were very safe and secure - in this part of Lisbon and in the hotel itself.

Miinukset: The rooms were way too small...there was barely any room to walk between the end of the beds and the wall. No place to put luggage besides on the floor which cramped the room even more. When we asked to be moved to another room, with more space, we were given a nasty look by the lady behind the desk. All of the hotel staff were nice with the exception of the one woman - who also put up a nasty fuss when I asked to be moved to a single room. She gave me some strange explanation about how changes had to be made with Bookings while Bookings told me other wise. When I asked the same question to the man who worked at night, he fixed the situation immediately. So, overall, my experience was great but the woman was so odd and nasty about helping us, with responses like "its not that simple", I just avoided asking for anything when she was working. The breakfast selection was good but repetitive and the milk always tasted burned. The breakfast room was way too hot.
