Mercure London Kensington Hotel

The staff knew nothing about the hotel menu and no one was available to make lunch during lunch hours

Staff was great. Good location.

This was definitely not a 4 star hotel. The room was the size of the bed. And to get to the other side, one had to climb the bed. Shower was leaking as well.

Good Location to museum. The hotel staff giving all different info caused confusion.The big bully British lady manager checked us in & half way walked away we upgraded $50. Another staff take over told us is free update, free parking cost $29.

The British lady in the reception area, manger such a big bully. When we check in she told me to upgrade room, room small for 2 children 9&11yrs & me. (Petit Asian.) i booked hotel website is Free Car park but I had to pay 29. Breakfast is 12 but

Cleanliness

The room is obscenely small. There is space for a queen size bed, and a small desk on the side. You literally have to side step at the foot of the bed to get to the other side. Luggage can't even open unless you use the bed.

Its not a four star hotel . I was misled . Its just a two star in good location

The size of the room is too small . U need space to walk around . There is nothing .
