Very polite and helpful staff! The room was nice and clean. The location is perfect in a very beautiful area, a lot of restaurants and shops around. Westwood is a very good district. We would love to come back next time.

The staff, especially Troy, were kind, welcoming and could not do enough for us. Great dinner and breakfast recommendations and superb local knowledge. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were sad to be only staying for one night.

It was very quiet the room was extremely spacious for the price. The bathroom was beautiful, balcony was nice although faced a parking garage. Debit card deposit was $50, there was a convenient underground parking garage. I wish I had been able to stay longer, concierge/front desk was really nice despite previous reviews. Traffic around the hotel was surprisingly light even during the busy holiday weekend making it easily accessible.
No vending machine on property, although Denny’s was close for a late night snack. Recommended restaurant, Napa Valley Grill, was extremely expensive, catered to 60 or older, and not flavorful. If you don’t want a $100 plus bill for unflavored.

The hotel charged our credit card twice for the room. When we contacted the hotel’s manager she said that she will send our bill by email upon our check out. 1 week passed and still no reply. When we talked to booking about the situation, the hotel send an email to booking saying that we didn’t show up while we were staying at the hotel. When we confronted the hotel about the email, they changed their words and said that we didn’t deduct twice, even though I showed them a statement from my bank account. It doesn’t deserve a 4 star hotel. I’m a regular traveller to the States and it’s the first time I encounter such a situation. In addition they don’t clean the rooms until you call the reception hundred times. You have to be in the room and call the cleaner or else they won’t clean your room. I don’t recommend this hotel.
