Convenient location.

The front desk personnel was very rude. They also never bothered to upload our reservations so we did not get the rooms we were supposed to get. The rooms were not kept up like they should be. There were no towels so we had to wait a half hour for someone to bring some.

Room was very dirty, toilet didn't work and tv was broken. Pretty sure they didn't even clean the room. staff was not very friendly.

The lady at the front desk was helpful because she gave me a different room per request.

Initially upon arriving we were given a room that was outdated to an extreme. Should have known by the scaffolding outside. I requested a room change after walking into the blue (yes blue tub toliet and all) bathroom and seen atleast 50 spiders on the ceiling. Second room was better no spiders. But to shower was horrid. Shower head low. No continental breakfast unless u wanted to wait 50-60 min. Ended up eating out for breakfast. Found out 5 hotels use the same continental breakfast area. The pictures are of the cabins not the motel in back so don't be fooled. What I paid I expected more. Had to look up where breakfast was in book in hotel room. Wasn't told. Very dissatisfied. Indoor pool was at other hotel. This hotel had outdoor pool. Gross hottub outside. Cold showers. Would not recommend to anyone. Stayed in many hotels in mackinac city. This is by far the worst.
