Pools are wonderful, spa treatment was great and beach is perfect. Alicia at the reception was beyond welcoming and arranged an early check-in for me as I was 7 months pregnant. Rob the security manager at the pool was kind and concerned with our well-being.

Beautiful lobby, great and large room equipped as an apartment, fantastic pools and bars...especially the terrace pool and bar. The service is mostly very good, and the location is excellent. Maybe the best hotel in South Beach....or at least in the top 3. It is chic, modern and at the same time warm. We will be back!

The reception team is slow, maybe understaffed, it takes too long for anything that one needs to be done. The elevator system is not user friendly, we did not like it and we heard many guests complain or also struggle with it.

The service! The staff is the Best! The coolest and friendliest staff ever. The hotel is always clean. The swimming pools, the beach and the food is what makes your stay worth while.

I loved the staff everyone was very helpful. The decor, restaurants and the pools were all amazing. Will definitely be going back!

the room is very spacious, clean and great value for the money. the staff are also very courteous and are always willing to fulfill the needs of the guests. access to the gym and the beach is perfect as well.

Everything! From the time you pull into the valet you feel like you're somewhere different Just simply amazing rooms are big and spacious! Super clean everyone is very welcoming I had a wonderful experience! Thank you Eddy for letting us use the beautiful room top for my surprise propsal!

The service was fantastic. The design is superb. The amenities are excellent. Gorgeous pools and beach. Everything is thought out in detail and to perfection as far as the guestroom is concerned. Despite staying in far more expensive rooms and properties many a times I feel but this was my favorite room of any hotel particularly considering that we stayed at In a basic Cityview king size room.

We were staying in Fontaine bleu and it was ok (nothing special) once checkout time came we decided to extend our stay in Miami but wanted to stay in different hotel and Luckily we choose 1 hotel, everything about this place %100 a special thanks to Manager Leo (don’t know his last name) I am definitely going there next time I am in town

I loved the cleanliness and modern furniture of the hotel!! The decor was beautiful and the concept well executed.

I didn’t like that breakfast did not come with our stay or the lack of variety in food options.

No sound proof rooms! Prety noisy from the hallway. There is like 1.5 inch clearance under the door.

The one hotel rooms are great, clean and large and the kitchenette and washing machine are very useful. The staff are friendly and the facilities in the hotel are tremendous. The gym is excellent and having an adult only pool is great. However, by any stretch a thousand dollars a night for a normal room is vastly too high

The cost is too high for a room like this. The equivalent amount would be a suite in Vegas.

Pretty much everything. Filtered water tap in the room was a really nice touch. Access to the beach was so handy. Roof top pool was fantastic and great service.

We’d ordered a room with a balcony but we were on a very low floor so didn’t really look out on anything other than other rooms - even if it’s a ‘city view’ maybe request a higher floor as our balcony was kind of pointless.

This may be the only property in South Beach that still provides real customer service and attention to detail. The staff is well trained and the food and bars are amazing! This is always my favorite property!

This hotel is beautiful. We stayed in a room with an ocean view balcony, one king bed. It was more than we could have imagined and perfect for our honeymoon. The rooftop pool is spectacular, and it’s adults only which was nice. Beach front service was great as well. The hotel has great food and the first day we arrived we sat up on the rooftop and ate a late lunch. I asked if they had any salsa to go with the chips and guacamole. They didn’t, but the chef made something fresh just for us. It was amazing and that really set the tone for what the rest is our week would be like. Oh, and hands down the best room service food I’ve ever had. They also have two house cars that will take you anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel, and given the hotels location, just about everything we did, and everywhere we ate was within 3 miles. All around one of the best vacations I have ever taken. We will go back and stay there again!

I am a returning client and always enjoy my stay at this hotel. Location, comfort , cleaness and service - everything is very very very nice !!! I have done a late checkout (free of charge) at the last day of my stay without any problem. Not a common practice at other hotels and i appreciate it very much !!! I was in this resort for 8 nights... This place was definitely one of the best ones I have ever visited and stayed. Very kind staff and super helpful/polite. Amazing pool, well maintained and clean with all around a nice tropical garden. They offer European breakfast, freshly baked bread rolls including very fine donuts and croissants. You can order omelets or eggs in different forms other ingredients and toppings and the staff (Lazaro, Wilson, Caterina @Habitat were gorgeous) is making everything for your request. Well done 1 Hotel South Beach and thank you very much !!! Ciao !!!

Hands down best place I have ever stayed at. Love this hotel chain and I wish they had more properties worldwide. Will definitely stay at their properties whenever I'm in a city that they're present. the attention to detail, staff, food and vibe are amazing. They gym is the best ever as well as the classes. Watr is awesome to hang out in all day and the fact that they have a Tesla to drive you around (max 3 mile radius of the hotel) is just the best thing I have ever seen a hotel offer. Kudos!

They charge extra for berries, gluten free bread and almond lattes at breakfast because it's not part of the buffet. It should be included given the price we're paying for breakfast.

Rooftop pool staff were great. Food was good as well. Hotel was very chic but very expensive. If you want a lounger in front of the pool you must get there very early in the am. No later than 9am. Tipping always helps make your experience better of course!!

It was too expensive. You can stay at a high end all inclusive in an ocean front room for 7 days for less.
