My stay was great. The...

I liked and enjoyed my room, the view of the beach. Breakfast was good, everything was perfect. My girlfriend enjoyed it all,was a great Birthday present/getaway. We will be returning and will tell Family members and Friends about our experience.

Gym pool and location was great.

It is ashame that South Beach has become so gross now. Not safe too. It will affect the whole area soon. They need to open up the economy fully and no masks etc so there will be more.

This hotel was very very nice for the rate. It is modern, classier and a little more family oriented than some of the other south beach hotels that have that often have the 'adult party' vibe. This was not that. Very nice guests and ambiance here. We enjoyed it.

Covid19 precautions were excellent. Very clean. Universal use of masks. Recommending 4 people on elevator at a time. Great spacing of people in beach lounges. Nice rooms and beautiful pool/beach area. Front desk and room service staff really nice!

Extremely slow service on the beach. Need more staff to keep up with demand. Weekend 2/13-2/14 was very busy.

What we are calling a...

Grounds were beautiful and functional from the stairs down to the pool to the beach set up. The restaurant was very cool and even worked to accommodate us for super-bowl which was very appreciated and the wait staff was terrific both times in the restaurant. Overall the stay was great and we called it our new found gem. we will be back

It was clean, clean, clean with a very professional staff.

Wish it was all inclusive. Quite expensive and they charged my card an additional $200 per day for incidentals. Although the balance is refunded. I was there three nights!

The location was great. The property itself had a fantastic design all around. Our room was clean and had everything you need. Everything on the menu in the restaurants was delicious and done very well. Breakfast was absolutely delicious!!! All staff from front desk, restaurants, pool, bar, and coffee shop were extremely helpful and courteous. Danny (Mircea) at the restaurant was phenomenal and contributed to overall excellent service and our experience. This is a great place to stay! Highly recommend.

Very clean rooms with towel service as needed. Room seevice wasnt automatic due to Covid, but on call service was fast and attentive. Pool area was great - very expansive with lots of room to distance. Food service was great. Location was perfect; on main strip

I like the location and loved the beach and pool area was awesome. the people who greeted you were very kind and friendly. people at the pool area were awesome. they were kind and helped every time.. the hotel was soo nice and pretty.. I would come back again for sure.

I didnt like that the cleaners slammed the door the whole time they worked. and they would make the whole floor shake and you couldnt sleep through it all.. wish they thought about other ppl more..

We loved everything about our stay @ Loews it was over the top perfect very clean the staff was more than amazing everyone was hands on and omg the property smells sooo good like a breath of fresh air.. we will visit again in the future and recommend anyone to book their stay at here..

I didnt like the alcohol mix drink prices but I understand why so we bought our own bottle off of south beach.

Because of the pandemic, room cleaning was only available open request. But I was not notified of it upon check in. And when I did make the request, the request was. never taken care of. We didn't have clean towels for. our entire stay.

All of the staff from the front desk, to the bartenders to the cleaning crew were all wonderful to work with and made sure all of our needs were well taken care of.

My stay at Miami Loews was excellent, no complaints that I can think of.

The hotel is impeccable in every way. The building is gorgeous, the staf helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The decor was elegant, subdued and stylish. The entire operation is first class every way.

The TV channel that had the programming we most wanted to see was non-functional.

This hotel is wonderful. The location and the amenities are awesome!

I thought the 20% gratuity charge that was automatically added to every single purchase was ridiculous.I'm a firm believer that excellent service will automatically be rewarded.Ialso thought the drinks and food were overpriced for the quantity and quality

Location, Location, Location! It is a lovely resort as expected from the Lowes line, not inexpensive but luxurious.

I thought the Preston's market was quite expensive for coffee/beverages and small bites/snacks.

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of South Beach. Courteous and professional staff. Would positively stay there again.

We loved the welcoming staff and the location - close the so many restaurants and shops. Lincoln Rd. is just a block away. The Pool is awesome too!

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean room, very nice facilities (indoors and outdoors), renovation of reception area a major improvement.

The staff, (front desk) and  (Preston's Market), provided superb service throughout our stay. Not only were they friendly but they went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our time at Loews.

The rooms were very spacious. Staff were warm and welcoming. Service provided was stellar. Location and proximity to the beach was great.

Only issue was the amount of seaweed on the beach and seagulls which are out of the Loew's control.

If you love being at the beach or by a beautiful pool, Loew's cannot be beat. It's also located near a lot of shops and restaurants, and is very active in the evenings. The service was impeccable and the staff was very attentive.

Our bathroom was very dirty, and I had to call to have housekeeping come up and clean our toilet. Unfortunately, they didn't bother to clean the equally dirty sink. This, and the construction poolside, would be my only complaints.

Great location, friendly staff, and great room overall. There is a garage right across the street for $16/day (vs $25+ for valet--uses same garage)

Resort fees should be outlawed--just include in room rare for comparability. A beach umbrella should be included with the resort fee (not just 4 chairs). Parking circle should be partially covered- 10X10 pop up tents are a inadequate.

The hotel was beautiful ocean front view balcony view.. Very close to ocean drive an Lincoln mall rd. We really didn't need a car.. O yeah right on the Beach.. They have beautiful outside water plaza where I got on my need an she said yesss

ATTN we were notified before our stay way before our stay there would be construction but how would I know I'd get the room right next to all the banging and beating

Awesome trip, but expensive

Pool area was beautiful, and open 24 hours! Love how the hotel was right next to the beach. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Price of food and drinks at the pool / beach was expensive, but it was what I expected when booking the hotel. Beach chairs were included in the resort fee, which was nice, but the fee didn't include a beach umbrella with the chairs...the umbrella was an extra $25 for the day (and we absolutely needed the umbrella because it was so hot outside).

Beautiful hotel, with a very very attentive staff. This hotel is walking distance from all the best parts of Miami Beach.

The only bad thing about this hotel is that there are sooo many families (mostly from Europe) here, that the pool becomes way too crowded. As a couple in their 20s, we had to avoid the pool, and stay in the ocean.
