Location is great. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Staff was very helpful and nice! Good quality/price value.
TV didn’t work properly, acted like radio (only voice, no picture) :) but since we had only one night stay and spent minimum time at our room, it was not a huge problem.

Location is amazing, several subways near. Close to Broadway, the Stock Exchange and the Bull. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Good beds, weird bathrooms.
The hotel is old, and you can't tell by the pictures. Elevators don't function properly. There was a fire on a top floor, electrical thing, probably because the hotel is very old...and they had us on the street at 11 pm in the middle of winter while FDNY did their job, it was really cold outside and late at night on a weekday... most inconvenient.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had of staying at a hotel They only have one bottle of water in the room. On my first night, the staff brought up additional bottles of water. On the second, I called in and was told they only replenish during housekeeping service. I said I was happy to pay. The lady at housekeeping Ms. Suarez later called me and very rudely told me that if I wanted water I should go buy some at the front desk. One of the worst stays I've had and would never recommend staying here! Extremely rude staff - what kind of hotel refuses to bring water!!

Location was handy to my meeting in wall street
Noisy air conditioning unit. Hotel lobby was small dark and very dated.

It is a great location and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
It’s a very bare bones hotel but it’s good if you are just needing to stay over night 1 or 2 nights. Our shower only gave us lukewarm water, it never really got hot.
