Outstanding property and location. Everything was spotless, room was big and comfortable. Food was great, incredible breakfast
NY food prices in Playa del Carmen. The breakfast for two cost me about $65. It was outstanding though.

Adjacent to the hotel took place regularly from the early afternoon until the evening for a noisy party which is not connected to the hotel but shook the rooms with unbearable decibels. The rooms are not acoustically insulated and it was impossible to rest in the room during these hours

Our first impression when we arrived at the hotel was 'WOW!!!! Everything! Location, views, staff, food, the rooms.
Nothing. The beach is a bit merky from seaweed problem they have but this is not the hotel's fault. You could still swim in it or go down a bit further to other hotel beach front and swim there because they have people clearing the seaweeds all day from their beach front. The hotel pool was awesome!!
