Lokality is not so pretty, but it is close to center of city.

Easy to find. Close to the centre. The price is worth it but if you stay for more than 1-2 nights could be very uncomfortable.
The internet connection was poor. The room we stayed in was not very comfortable - when you take a shower water flows into the bedroom. Also the bathroom was very small.
