Big room, big and comfortable bed, nice breakfast. Very well located
Everything looks like a trip back to 1980, from the small old TV set, to the decoration and furniture.

I came there during summer and winter in Brazil, breakfast during winter is worse - they used to do a very good tapioca... not anymore :( very pity, it was very noisy due to renovation

The location is great, the hotel is located very close to the Paulista Avenue. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful; special thanks to Carla from the Reception. Spa and massage facilities Are very good!
The room and facilities are a bit out of dated, which was known from the beginning. But If you stay couple of days then It is fine.

Excellent hotel. Beautiful lobby. Breakfast was Great as well! The rooms were spacious and very comfy - a bit outdated though. The staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. I'll be back!
The room was a little outdated - but it did not spoil the experience. Great hotel!
