We booked ahead, but they didn't have a room ready, so we couldn't stay there. Then they tried to make us stay in a dirty unprepared room and we didn't want to, so we left. They said the room would take an hour to prepare, and we were already there past check-out time. They didn't apologize for the inconvenience, and weren't very professional
