When I arrived I was asked to give a 100.00 dollar cash deposit. The "lobby was filthy. I did not have cash so I wanted to cancel my reservation. I was told by the front desk I would have to forfeit I night exspense, which I agreed. When the booking device called to cancel they refused to refund my second night.

See above. Don't stay here!!

Worst Staff Ever Very Rude And Unprofessional

WORST PLACE TO GO PERIOD

Nothing.

They changed me $19 extra on what they were supposed to charge me and then when i got there they charged me an extra $60 for no reason. The front desk people were so rude and management was even worse. After paying all this money for a room they gave us a very horrible room! No desk chair, phones didn't work, they didn't have a sofa bed in the room. They had coffee but no coffee pots. When it was time to check out the lady took $25 of my $60 from earlier because she said there was make up on a towel. AND I DON'T WEAR MAKE UP AT ALL!! I asked to see the picture and they wouldn't show me. And all the manager said was if i want to come back he can give me half off.. I will never come back here again!

The rooms look nothing like the picture TRUST ME! I could not believe what I saw so I took pictures of the room. I wish I could upload them here so u can see the filth!!!!!

Everything! The Staff would not give me a refund because I booked my stay through a 3rd party(Kayak.com). I slept with my clothes on!!!! The entrance to the rm was disgusting,Rm smelled like a combination of weed & cigarette smoke, furniture was ripped stained and dirty, the beds is damn near on the floor and the bathroom was disgusting shower curtains stained looked like dried up blood. Cobwebs on the light fixtures. Just Nasty!!!!! Shame On You for even having this hotel on your site as a place to stay!!

It was terrible there was. Marijuana In the air the whole time.argueing outside the room was dirty it was terrible worse stay in my life I actually got kicked out of the hotel suppoably my friends were going in and out the door allot but still we were getting ready to go back to school security sucked terrible experience a 100 dollar cash deposit what no terrible worse ever never going back
