The rooms very nice big and confortable!!! The service in the hotel AAA. The concierge were very helpful and kindles. If you go to Toronto please stay in the Park Hyatt. Location near the subway station very convenient.
Friendly staff Don't let the "Park Hyatt" name fool you. This hotel does not live up to the Park Hyatt family such as the property in Chicago. The Toronto property is a waste of money. The first night we received a junior suite. From the moment we stepped onto the elevator and when arrived in our room, the hotel looked like it had not been touched up or updated in 20 years. Chipped paint, chipped doors, and when we stepped into our room, it smelled of mildew and the a/c did not work. Then we found out (the hard way) that our room was directly below the restaurant. So we heard plates dropping and furniture moving all evening. I asked the hotel staff to change the room and they accommodated the request. Our next room was a normal room (not a suite) but that was ok. However, the bed comforter is down or something because it made sleeping so hot. Very uncomfortable. The hotel staff returned us to a suite on the second night, but the room was on the 9th floor and all night we heard motorcycles and cars revving their engines on the street below. The hotel is worn and dated, it's very noisy, and I did not feel I received any value whatsoever at this hotel.
The location The parking was pricey
The bed is very comfortable, location is nice.
Very conviently located to st George station which had two lines. Great housekeeping!! I wish there was coffee in the main lobby.
Proximity to downtown. Close to nightlife. Pricier than expected.
The people there are very friendly，some of the stuffs are students. The location is great too, it is exactly on campus of the university. There are just public washing rooms.
It was clean and relatively secure and inexpensive. Lighting was pretty crude - light over desk could have used some kind of shade or diffuser. Also had to hunt - for a long time - for the switch.
