It was an expensive stay but I was given an upgrade to a chalet which was great but very large room for one person! Staff are lovely and a drink on the terrace near the Cave Bar was an excellent location Access to Petra is right next door

Location to the Petra entrance and the Cave Bar was superb for hanging out in the evening. The staff was excellent.
Everything was great accept for the quality of the dinner buffet. The price was too much for the quality of the food. Though the presentation was excellent.

The location couldn't be better. Right by the park entrance. The room was spacious.
There was a little water leakage on the floor in the bathroom.

reception staff were exceptionally helpful - they made fantastic recommendations that meant our visit to Petra was even better that it would have otherwise been, then lent us maps and gave great advice. We took a taxi and went into the complex by the Monastery which meant climbing down the 900 steps rather than climbing up - and in the heat that made a massive difference. They were generous with the bottled cold water. Great bar outside and evening meal was a BBQ which was very tasty, Great breakfast with amazing omelette chef. Hotel is right next to the entrance to Petra!
