Miinukset: Was told I needed to check my bag when there was plenty of overhead space once we boarded the plane. The entire zone system seems to be fake, as they boarded zone 1 and then went to all zones, skipping 2 & 3.

Plussat: The crew was nice and friendly.

Miinukset: The plane was extremely dirty, almost disgusting!

Miinukset: Air conditioning at the gate

Miinukset: Kiwi booked only 15kg bags instead of the paid 20kg bag on my booking confirmation. We had to pay an extra 90 Euro. It ruined our morning.

Miinukset: Many delays boarding plane. No entertainment at all on a flight longer than 3 hours is insane. Flight crew are great, though.

Plussat: Crew was good. Nice meals. Good entertainment...

Miinukset: Budget seats are a little close when the person in front of you leans back, but not the end of the world.

Plussat: Flight departed on time. Crew were friendly and efficient

Miinukset: Boarding seem to be chaotic, no boarding by group or seat number.

Plussat: There was little to like about the entire travel experience. The check-in line was the longest I have ever seen, almost 90 minutes of waiting. The check-in & gate staff were rude and had no care for our check-in situation or information about the delayed and changed flight! Never Norwegian again!

Miinukset: Everything. The plane crew, which was subcontracted airline, not Norwegian, did the best they could with the upset and tired passengers.

Plussat: Nothing

Miinukset: Never ever fly norwegian. Between long delays, rude and unprofessional crew, poor customer service, long wait times on the phone including being hung up or not answered at all and downgraded from premium to a plane without any space, small seats, rude crew that provide wrong information.

Plussat: That the flight was from Portugal and was retro.

Miinukset: Everything from seats to entertainment to food.

Plussat: Nothing was good.

Miinukset: Plane was. Hanged. I had booked a business class seat and plane had NO PREMIUM / BUSINESS CABIN. I got an economy seat AT 70-80% if business seat cost and also was forced to pay for my bag to be checked at checkin - even tho the ticket I booked had 2 BAGS INCLUDED IN FARE. VERY UNACCEPTABLE.

Plussat: No one bothered me.

Miinukset: That you have to pay extra for entertainment and food.

Plussat: It was a fairly quick boarding, even though we left 20 minutes later than expected. The wifi on board did not work. The flight was comfortable and went by quite fast.

Miinukset: I didn't enjoy the fact that 30 minutes before boarding there was already a tremendous queue. Even though this queue had formed, they somehow managed to take long enough to leave late.

Plussat: Flight home had an open middle seat

Miinukset: Flight over was too crowded

Plussat: For a budget airline Norwegian does a good job in most areas - courteous, professional staff, clean, well-maintained planes, good service.

Miinukset: My flight from Oslo to Gatwick was delayed due to technical problems with the plane. We sat on the tarmac and left two hours late, causing me to miss my connection to Boston. I understand that these things happen, and I appreciate the attention to safety; however, the real problems began when we arrived at Gatwick. We were told an agent would meet the five of us who missed the flight at the gate to assist us. No agent was there, and we wandered to different Norwegian sites for help. When we finally found the right person, it took a ridiculous amount of time to rebook us. Here's the first problem with a carrier like Norwegian: they don't have as many flights, and none were going directly to Boston the following day. I was finally booked on a 6:20 a.m. flight to Copenhagen the next day with a 10 hour layover until the flight to Boston. The next problem was an outsourced service to provide me with a hotel and food voucher for the night. This literally took hours for them to arrange. It was over 6 hours from arrival at Gatwick to ending up with a place to stay - and then a 4 a.m. wakeup to get to the airport. I would hesitate to book Norwegian again for these reasons. Also - come on, Norwegian, soft drinks, water, and coffee/tea should be free.

Miinukset: Boarding was chaotic & therefore delayed take off a little Receiving luggage was slow -@ 35 minutes from landing to luggage claim, so actual arrival was considerably later for those meeting me

Miinukset: Crew members in Amsterdam were very rude and disrespectful

Plussat: Everything works and quick to get to destination.

Plussat: Planes were on time and connections made.

Miinukset: One bag delayed as not put on flight and food could be better.

Plussat: Efficient boarding and disembarking.

Miinukset: Shocked that I need to produce my own printed boarding cards (I don't travel with a printer), or I must produce it on a smartphone. Neither available - I showed my confirmation of check-in on my email and the agent printed my boarding cards. Your idea of asking 32 Euro for a boarding card is &^%(*

Plussat: Very nice plane and we left on time and the flight was very smooth.

Plussat: We made it safely to our destination.

Miinukset: There was no WiFi. Comfier seats or at least a pillow and blanket.

Miinukset: Announcement At the airport and the plane needs speak English more clearly. Thanks!

Miinukset: Our request for vegetarian meals got lost after a glight was cancelled.

Plussat: Great crew and entertainment. Terrible experience at CDG airport but that’s the airports fault.

Plussat: Great crews, excellent customer service

Miinukset: The airline lost both of my luggage suitcases.

Miinukset: Don’t tell passengers they can make a transfer flight supposed to leave in 20 minutes because the first flight was late, and then have the plane leave without the passengers who sprinted through the airport after having to go through customs and security again.

Plussat: Everything about the United Airlines portion of the trip was terrific: lots of food & drinks; good entertainment system; good seats even in economy. United really stepped up their game.

Miinukset: The seats on the Austria Airlines portion of the trip were very close together & very minimally structured (little padding, depth etc.)

Plussat: The plane was comparatively clean

Miinukset: Staff need to be a little more genuine with their simles or just don’t give obvious fake ones.

Plussat: Crew was great, the plane was barely full, so you were able to stretch out.

Plussat: Vueling is a horrendous company, delayed flights - very bad organisation

Miinukset: A mechanical malfuntion caused our takeoff to be over 2 3/4 hours late. I had a scheduled 4 hour layover which wasn't enough and missed my USA connection. Had to pay another $2500 x 2 for return flight to make a wedding Same happened on arrival. 2hr delay Going back in 2 weeks. Trying Europa Air

Miinukset: First flight delayed, missed flight to SF, stuck in frankfurt. A hotel is not adequate compensation

Plussat: The crew was great with kids. Very friendly and helpful.

Plussat: The crew were truly great as I had an extremely difficult flight due to tremendous pain in my knees. Coach economy are way too narrow, even if I paid for preferred seating. A joke. Cldnt move. So uncomfortable.

Miinukset: Boardingvwas delayed so we left a good 50 minute late. Ran out of meal choice so we had to eat what they had left which was pasta that was too spicy for me anyway. I was very disappointed bec I preferred chicken but there were none left.

Plussat: On time and the staff were very good. The food was not great, buy good.

Miinukset: Tried and was unable to choose my seat in advance for flight and thus had to wait until I arrived at the gate. Thus I was unable to sit with my daughter. Was promised seats could be chosen 24 hours in advance, but was not allowed to either on line or via phone.

Plussat: easy boarding. crew was nice.

Miinukset: terrible seats. no tv or chargers.

Miinukset: 24 hours was before flight was delayed 50 minutes and after when I was at airport an other 1 hour and 40 minutes delay , when You have a transfer flight to take it is not serious

Plussat: Crew were efficient and friendly.

Miinukset: Coffee creamer sachets are insufficient in quantity for the coffee. Even with two sachets the coffee was still nearly black. The flight was full and the cost of checked in luggage ensured everyone used their carry on allowance. As a consequence, overhead bins were full. I left one bag at the front of the plane and had another at my feet. However, it was a short flight, so not too unbearable.

Plussat: flight crew was amazing.

Miinukset: Boarding was poorly handled by airport staff

Miinukset: The passage through Riga airport was terrifying. We arrived from St. Petersburg 6.35 and we left 7.20 to Paris (passengers in transit). We explained at the checkpoint that we had a few minutes, but they controlled us several times until we had to throw several liquid items. In St. Petersburg they had already controlled us, without problems. In short: a sad experience in Riga, which does not speak well of this country: Latvia.

Plussat: Plane from Munich was late coming to Zagreb, so my flight was late because of that and was about to lose connection flight from Munich to Brussels. Then, Lufthansa drivers waited in Munich, put us in vans and drove us to plane for Brussels. Amazing service!.

Miinukset: Did my check-in 24 hours before to make sure I would have an aisle seat ... Lufthansa changed my seat at last minute to a window seat!!! What a poor customer experience.

Plussat: Entertainment monitors were in good shape and responsive. Selection was not bad.

Plussat: Very smooth flight. Everything was perfect.

Miinukset: the tray was broken and the water felt all over. the flight was 1 hr delayed. All of us stood the 1 hr waiting to know what's next. We could sit.

Plussat: Fly was delayed.i was told my bag would go to end but it was not.instead of coming to the hotel 7pm i came 1am.

Miinukset: Explain me to take the bag on time.it was almost left in the airport.

Miinukset: They didn't seat a couple with a baby together which put me in the unpleasant place of being asked to give up my bulkhead seat for a window seat.

Plussat: The service was friendly and professional, and we had he smoothest landing and takeoffs I've ever had with any airline before.

Plussat: Newburgh airport is nice and small so were no long security lines. Norwegian air was perfect. No issues with anything.

Miinukset: Didn't have wifi on the plane. But it's not a deal breaker.

Plussat: Dont fly with them. They always screw you over

Plussat: The crew was polite and attentive. I flew in the premium cabin and found the seat very comfortable.

Miinukset: The check in lines were disorganized and extremely busy. The flight was called to board an hour and a half before departure. However, boarding didn't begin for over an hour. Due to that, I wasn't able to use the lounge, which I had paid to use.

Plussat: Seats were okay. Nothing else was. This is by far the worst premium economy cabin I've encountered.

Miinukset: Most airlines provide more and better amenities in coach than Norwegian did in premium economy. No pillow. Amenity kit. No food, other than two small boxed lunches with tiny portions. Lousy movie selection. Oh, and customer service sucks.

Plussat: The crew was lovely and accommodating

Miinukset: You have to pay for everything. No meals, no water, was included on an almost 9 hour flight. We booked a flight through Norwegian on the way to Athens and did not have to pick a meal in advance however apparently on our return flight we had to? Doesn’t make any sense. Also there is very little room.

Plussat: Ticketing staff very friendly. Smooth check in process.

Miinukset: Disorganized on boarding of passengers. Entertainment system had to be rebooted three times by the captain. Crew not super friendly.

Plussat: The crew was informative

Plussat: The crew was great. The soecial meal request was hadled well despite oversight.
