Miinukset: Seat spacing is small, to the point that it's impossible to remain in the seat few hours without physical pain in your body

Plussat: Everything was excellent . I was very happy with this flight.Thank you so much.

Miinukset: Buses to and from the plane. One driver left us in a full bus waiting for 20 minutes. When we arrived in Vienna, there was no bus to pick us up. We had to wait in the plane until one showed up.

Miinukset: I booked seat near window but was given middle seat I don’t like this way...

Plussat: We have been upgraded to business class, so that was really great experience

Miinukset: Carry-on rules with FlyUIA are ridiculous. I had to pay 150 EUR as my carry-on was 2 cm wider than their standards

Miinukset: Connections booked together need more time for larger airports. I had over an hour connection on paper and had to run through the entire airport to even catch my flight. My mother on a separate flight arrived ten minutes before her flight took off even though booking stated a full hour. Also the quality and cleanliness of the plane needs improvement. Lufthansa is normally amazing quality but both flights today were subpar. Bathroom smelled of urine, old and dirty seats with no support. Dirty hand rests and outdated screens which skipped with movies

Miinukset: no lounge access in dublin for TAP Business Passengers. Handling of the delay was not well managed.

Plussat: Lufthansa is an airline that prides itself on timeliness and service. The boarding procedure was very good, food was very good and service was excellent. I have flown with Lufthansa before and they always prove to me that I’ve made the right choice booking with them!

Miinukset: The weather, we hit some turbulence which is beyond the Captains control. Seatbelt sign came right on and even with that we still landed about 20 minutes early in Frankfurt

Plussat: New spacious plane, great crew, comfortable seats, good wine and partiffs. Anything thing is better than flying over priced crappy American Airlines and will avoid giving them a cent anytime I can. Lufthansa did a great job.

Miinukset: I kid screamed all-the-way across pond all night. Maybe next force the parents to calm child down. Tough situation and had to really address that issue.

Plussat: Crew on EWR to ARN was so-so. They lock restrooms at the back because they don't people hanging around the kitchen in the back. Also, the one cabin crew does not say Excuse Me when he needs to pass- he just touches you and pushes you aside Also, the one cabin crew

Miinukset: SAS support and communication during the Copenhagen baggage handler strike, which cost us our connection and the family funeral in Scotland, which was the whole point, was abysmal.

Miinukset: Helpful flight attendant, kind check in attendant

Plussat: Crew was very friendly and helpful. Entertainment had plenty of choices.

Plussat: SAS has what is missing in other airlines, the three P's - Pleasant, Polite, Professional.

Miinukset: No food, no entertainment. Ridiculous!! Not even a damn sandwich!!

Plussat: Great crew and entertainment. Terrible experience at CDG airport but that’s the airports fault.

Plussat: Quick boarding, comfortable seating. Great food!

Miinukset: The seats and IFE were a bit outdated. Comfortable, but outdated. My family had issues with their screens and one had to use the remote as the touch screen was no longer functional.

Plussat: I asked for preferred seating up front to disembark the plane because the flight was late and I could’ve missed my connecting flight. The manager was more than happy to assist me

Miinukset: Our luggages were late for two days in both ways! Surely they have to do something about this

Plussat: The pilot and the crews were helpful about the transit. Pilot make up a lot of time.

Miinukset: Old aircraft. Uncomfortable seats in economy. Entertainment screens old and almost impossible to watch - watched my iPhone! No mobile phone charger.

Miinukset: Transavia does not serve anything complementary, not even water. A flight between two countries that is five hours long must be better than this. I was not aware of Transavia doing that before I booked. I will never fly with them again

Plussat: the crew was wonderful, we got a nice Wrap and water, wine or coffee for free, not all airlines serve it anymore, we were on time and I got whatsapp message with updates of the flight

Plussat: Economy size seats fitted in Business Class and so much wastage of space around seats, very little quantity and quality of food available.The flights to Delhi and Amritsar has more than 60 % Punjab Travelers and there is not even a single movie in Punjabi movie. Poor.

Plussat: There wasn’t much to like. One of the crew members stood out by being helpful; his colleagues were bureaucratic and disengaged.

Miinukset: This was a BA flight. Food in T3 in toronto was a disgrace, and the whole lounge experience was poor. The sleeping arrangements in business class had no privacy; the food onboard was mediocre. The Air CANADA flight on the same route is far better in every respect.

Plussat: Of all the flights I checked this was the most convenient in timely manner and comfortable.
