Plussat: They just wanted more money. Charged us one small carry-on bag over 60 Euro! Ridiculous. Horrible airline, will never fly with airBaltic.

Miinukset: They should have told us that one person can only bring one bag. we just flew with Ryanair and Easyjet, which allow one carryne and one bag. Again, will never fly with such horrible airBaltic, never!!!

Plussat: staff were polite, helpful, and efficient

Miinukset: super small plane... had to climb a very narrow staircase into the plane... overhead bins couldn't accommodate much of anything... we weren't warned this in advance

Plussat: All went right namely the seats but the luggage condition is the worst

Miinukset: Air France is not a low fare airlines, I had to pay 225 USD against 3 luggages which is not acceptable. We should have the right for one luggage per ticket as all other airlines. If I knew this will happen, I wouldn’t use Air France and this will be the last time I buy a ticket on Air France

Plussat: Boarding procedures and crew were top. Wines and beverages excellent and even in super economy water was served several times

Miinukset: The food could have been much better, should consider doing everything organic. As it was, the chicken in the meal was awful, the dessert terrible. The rice in the salad hard, almost uncooked. The only good quality food was the bread and the cheese

Plussat: Amasing crew

Plussat: The crew was good. They were friendly and efficient. One did forget to return with a promised coffee but she apologized when I spoke of it to her.

Miinukset: 1. no air conditioning until the plane was in the air. It was STIFLING on the runway. 2. no power sockets to charge devices

Miinukset: Seat spacing is small, to the point that it's impossible to remain in the seat few hours without physical pain in your body

Miinukset: We were standing in line to board gate 14 it read Barcelona and right as we went to start boarding it changed to a different flight. All of us were running from gate to gate and nobody would help us!!!!! That was TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! One person figured it no Help from your staff.

Miinukset: Was told I needed to check my bag when there was plenty of overhead space once we boarded the plane. The entire zone system seems to be fake, as they boarded zone 1 and then went to all zones, skipping 2 & 3.

Miinukset: Terrible customer service. Attention to disable customers is null. They literally torture the disable passengers. Very rude and insulting wheel chair staff.

Miinukset: The santorini airport is a mess. Our flight was delayed nearly an hour because the tiny airport wasn’t able to handle the amount of flights they had coming in and going out at the same time

Plussat: Seats were slightly more comfortable than Ryanair.

Miinukset: Not making us bounce between gates 3 times because they didn't know where the plane was going.

Plussat: Comfort of A380 Legs space

Miinukset: Terrible Connecto in Frankfurt We had to run for 15mn to get our Singapore flight with no help from Lufthansa: poor service

Plussat: Clean plane. Comfortable seat. Attentive crew.

Miinukset: Three customer service issues with Norwegian - double charge, 5 hours late missed connection, and lost bag —- and still waiting for their replies more than two weeks later.

Plussat: Ticketing staff very friendly. Smooth check in process.

Miinukset: Disorganized on boarding of passengers. Entertainment system had to be rebooted three times by the captain. Crew not super friendly.

Plussat: The main issue was the delay in boarding.

Miinukset: Also, we had to check a bag even though there was enough overhead space.

Miinukset: crew and knowledge on parent control for video, kids safety jacket not distributed and no knowledge or help on connecting flights and no knowledge on car seat use in flight (i was told it was NOT safe to have the child in the car seat for take off and landing)

Plussat: I liked nothing.

Miinukset: The flight was cancelled 22 hours before take off. There was an email sent to notify me. No text message or phone call; has I not checked my email I would have shown up at the airport with no flight. I tried to call their customer service and was out in hold for over an hour with no resolution.

Plussat: Great movie selection!

Miinukset: After 6 or so hours, they ran out of many snacks at the snack bar! Chocolate muffin and brownie, etc...

Miinukset: The food is rediculous. Apparently you have to pay extra ahead of time to even get a glass of water. That is unacceptable to me and because I didn't book on their website directly, I was never notified of this. 3 dollars for a bottle of water. It wouldn't be a bad airline if not for this but they have to skimp on this one little thing. It's also upsetting because it's an 8 hour flight. You need water and food!! That ruined it for me and it's such a simple thing. Plus the flight attendants were unprofessional. Probably won't fly them again.

Plussat: For a budget airline Norwegian does a good job in most areas - courteous, professional staff, clean, well-maintained planes, good service.

Miinukset: My flight from Oslo to Gatwick was delayed due to technical problems with the plane. We sat on the tarmac and left two hours late, causing me to miss my connection to Boston. I understand that these things happen, and I appreciate the attention to safety; however, the real problems began when we arrived at Gatwick. We were told an agent would meet the five of us who missed the flight at the gate to assist us. No agent was there, and we wandered to different Norwegian sites for help. When we finally found the right person, it took a ridiculous amount of time to rebook us. Here's the first problem with a carrier like Norwegian: they don't have as many flights, and none were going directly to Boston the following day. I was finally booked on a 6:20 a.m. flight to Copenhagen the next day with a 10 hour layover until the flight to Boston. The next problem was an outsourced service to provide me with a hotel and food voucher for the night. This literally took hours for them to arrange. It was over 6 hours from arrival at Gatwick to ending up with a place to stay - and then a 4 a.m. wakeup to get to the airport. I would hesitate to book Norwegian again for these reasons. Also - come on, Norwegian, soft drinks, water, and coffee/tea should be free.

Miinukset: My boyfriend and I were required to gate check our carry-on luggage which required us to go through customs in Paris to get to our bag and re-enter security for our connecting international flight. I am unsure why this was the case as other passengers brought the same size luggage. Very upsetting.
