The quantity of transport options around, the good quality x price relation and the lobby/bar/living room which is very cool!
One night (1AM) other guests at the same floor were talking loud and partying at the corridor.

Location is good for exploring not just downtown Geneva, the hotel is on a busy intersection of two main roads with public transport links, but we didn't hear any noise of traffic. Geneva hotels provide free public transport cards for the whole duration of your stay including check-out date till midnight.
You can only change your money to CHF in town centre. Post Office, local bank branches won't do that. You can find cash machines to get some cash though.

I was told to recieve a bill by email but I didnot receive it.

Easier check in and friendly staffs. I extended my stay and it was very welcome. I was sick and they offered me some pastry and hot drinks.
The upper bed was dusty.

Actually Nothing. There wasn't' even a fridge in the room where to put some soft drink.
Hotel room were always been too hot, I had two room booked. The air conditioning never worked. Bathroom & Toilet's are very tiny which hardly someone can move.
