Plussat: The crew was attentive and friendly!

Plussat: Everything was fine except the fact that our flight was rescheduled on 24 hours earlier than the original one. It was extremely inconvenient.

Miinukset: When the airline interrupts your trip last minute and passengers are trying hard to adjust their plans it would be nice to have a little appreciation from the airline team. And they do not have to be rude to people who are asking to explain the reason of the changes.

Plussat: The entertainment was adequate and there were multiple snacks/meals. The bread rolls were warm. And they provided towelettes for wiping hands after meals.

Miinukset: The crew could have been more considerate, and the Economy seats were even tighter than usual! There was no leg room and even without the person in front of me reclining, the seat back was hitting my knees. The passenger next to me had longer legs and was much worse off. The food was very poor.

Miinukset: The transfer in Istambul was very tight on the way back I literally had to run to get to the flight

Miinukset: The woman at the "Groups" check in area on 4/20 Saturday morning had the personality of a cactus needle. She was condescending and sent us on a wild goose chase to pay for our bags. Why didn't she just send us to that area in the first place to take care of the check in process at the same place?

Plussat: Crew were very friendly and welcoming. I was in economy, and I am a big person but the seats were comfortable.

Plussat: The plane was very clean and new. The crew who worked this flight were most friendly, professional and quite articulate in three languages including the captain. I highly recommend them.

Miinukset: This is an airline that has perfected the art of nickle-and-diming customers. One example: I asked for a glass of water. The smug flight attendant told me, “We only sell bottled water,” with a look that dared me to complain.

Plussat: Good service, good connection in Riga! Perfectly on time!

Miinukset: I wasn’t asked to prepay luggage & it cost me double. That makes me very annoyed.

Miinukset: Was several hours delayed and check in took 45 minutes because they somehow lost my reservation.

Miinukset: We had 4 hour delay causing a stop over at 3am. So yeah

Plussat: Like the overall KLM experience

Miinukset: Food could have had better quality and the stewardess served it all at once versus in the various courses.

Miinukset: Lufthansa really need to serve something better than high school cafeteria grade food

Miinukset: On the way out Lufthansa charged us a total of £129 to take our bags with us (all under 23KG). On the way back with the same 3 identical bags Lufthansa charged us $399.47 (£306.92), again all under 23KG. How can it be fair to charge passengers 2.4 times more to return home with their bags?

Plussat: The crew was attentive and the seat at economy comfort was comfortable at the “ok” level. It needs much mor3 to be super comfortable. The plug for the headphones was a mess! It was NOT possible to watch a movie and hear the sound too! I gave up! Not a great offering for the extra dollars...

Miinukset: So many things! Starting with the way assistance in the airport is offered to travellers with mobility issues! This is an important issue that needs to be revisited and changes for better service to be made!

Plussat: The crew was amazing and the food was great.

Miinukset: Something did not go right with our booking so it took some work for the airline to get it figured out for us. Thankfully we had left plenty of time. But that was an unexpected stress.

Plussat: The flight was smooth, the service was friendly, and the food with plentiful.

Miinukset: Too much activity in the cabin during the flight.

Plussat: The crew was great but the seat wasn't as comfortable and didn't have much leg room.

Miinukset: I was not allowed to board the flight and made to wait for 4 hours at the Paris airport. This is extremely disheartening and frustrating to say the least. I would want to rescedhule my upcoming flight to avoid such inconvenience.

Miinukset: Better leg room, better food, friendlier crew. Today you only get good treatment if you pay extra for it... Something is wrong with the pay-for-good-service model most airlines follow

Miinukset: The passage through Riga airport was terrifying. We arrived from St. Petersburg 6.35 and we left 7.20 to Paris (passengers in transit). We explained at the checkpoint that we had a few minutes, but they controlled us several times until we had to throw several liquid items. In St. Petersburg they had already controlled us, without problems. In short: a sad experience in Riga, which does not speak well of this country: Latvia.

Plussat: Comfortable seat, friendly crew. Crew were conscious of recycling which I like a lot as there is so much waste on flight. Anything we can do to reduce waste is very welcome.

Miinukset: Food wasn't very appetizing, pasta didn't have much flavor and I don't eat red meat so the other choice wasn't an option for me.

Miinukset: When I got to the check-in desk, I was told to get out of line and check in online. It wasn't a big deal, but it would have been good to know that it was necessary to do this so I didn't wait in line for a long time.

Miinukset: on the website i ordered and payed for a meal, and automatically it went to the last and the shortest leg of the flight. it did not ask which leg i was interested in. so i phoned their customer service to get this fixed, they said they cannot fix it and closed the phone on me. on the website is said that from israel you cannot do advance internet checkin, and when i arrived at the checkin they said that i should have done this advanced check in, and since i didn't i need to go to their ticket office and pay a penalty of 35$ per passenger. there also was no warning on the website of any such penalty. i will never fly with them again if i can help it.

Plussat: Did not have food, so not able to rate that. Comfortable for sure! Plane ain't that big and one side had only 2 seats next to each other.

Miinukset: the connecting times for klm seem to be very close - if your running late to start - you may not make your next one -
