Location
Racist discriminating general manager “Josey Jody”, she don’t believe in God so she completely laughed at my way of praying and meditating, disregarded my wish after told staff at front test not to enter my room at all...she took it upon herself to do so anyway. I listen and watched her tell an mid aged black couple they could no longer rent a room at the property or no other extended stay all because Josey Jody whatever her name is told there kids they been in the lobby too long and they need to go to there room...the parents calmly asked her what the problem was I guess that must of offended her...I remind u they were sitting down doing homework on there iPads not bothering anyone not even her she is purely evil hateful vindictive and prejudice!!!!!! I was staying there almost a month because my daughter and I was relocating from San Antonio before she decided it was time for my daughter and I to leave by saying there were no more rooms available ummm hello I booked online like always do and there were plenty of rooms but she said I could come back after the weekend and when we went back she DNR me with no explanation!!!! RACIST HATEFUL DISHONEST general manager Jody Josey whatever her name is do not deserve a Gm title!!!! Not to mention she had no respect for the housekeepers by yelling at them and embarrassing them in front of the guest COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! Whoever the other district manager she was so buddy buddy with she said she liked her better then Jon the new district manager...that lady you were talking to about your new district manager clearly don’t care for you at all Jody seeing that he and her sit in the same circle and you didn’t even know lol. God don’t like ugly Jody Josey whatever your name is!!!!!!

Clean
No hot breakfast No clean towels unless u ask Not enough pillows was only 2 and the bed was not comfortable for 2 people because it was a full when I asked for queen

Location
It smelled like they were covering up odors with air freshener, both in the lobby and in my room . The elevator floors were very dirty and it smelled like smoke. The floors in my room were dirty and I found hair in the bathtub.

This was yet, another PERFECT stay at this excellent, ESA hotel. It's extremely nice as a customer to be recognized and treated so warmly and with great respect. This is always the interaction I have received by the Manager , staff !
