I was told that their computer wouldn’t receive payment from my debit card I used to pay for the room. I got on my bank account app on my phone and it showed that money was taken out and paid to Comfort Inn. The staff still said that it’s shows I owed for the night I stayed. Even though I showed them on my phone where Comfort Inn was paid. I couldn’t get a receipt because it showed I still owed or the night. They said they would email me one after they figure out he computer problem. Still haven’t received one yet!!!
