Hotelli lähellä lentokenttää ja kuljetus hotellille toimi hyvin. Huone oli siisti ja sisustus ok. Hinta hyvin kohtuullinen.
Just for one night stay between flights: ideal. Friendly personnel, good food, big room. Perfect location, shuttle bus to airport.
Erinomainen hinta-laatusuhde. Sängyt vain double, ei queen size, 4 hengelle kapeahkot.
Average hotel. I chose the hotel for a weekend stay after noting that it is listed as a 4-star hotel. I am not sure how these a ratings a made but relative to all the hotels that I have stay in, this Sheraton is likely only meeting the bare minimum of the criteria to maintain a 4-star rating. Average room Very poor customer service. It took over half an hour to check in to a hotel that was already paid for online.
My suite was very nice & clean. The staff where really friendly & very helpful LOVED IT!!
It was clean and attractive. The public spaces and my room were too cold. I couldn't reset the thermostat.
Very nice place
Location, wait staff, pool, weight room Smelly stain in hallway, pointed out to staff, nothing done. Gap between hall doors and floor results in noise and lost privacy.
located near LAX so convenient for meeting or overnight stay for flight itinerary Service exceedingly slow at the desk and in the restaurants. Had to ask for food 3 times before served. Desk personnel super slow - only two working and very inefficient. Took over 30 minutes to check 4 people in! Room clean but showerhead set for hobbit height. I am only 5'9" and it was at chest level. Sink fixtures loose.
Valet service was accommodating and let me unload the baggage I had with me. Nobody helped with the luggage and car seat I was lugging. Bellman with a rolling luggage cart walked right past me. Front desk was not very welcoming and friendly either. Must be because Sunday evening I was guessing. The bartender who took my food order was acting like he was doing me a favor by placing the take out order, but the hostess was friendly though and smiled when me my wife and my one and a half year old walked in.
Everyone was super nice. The place was goregous
I like the environment. It was quiet, comfortable and warm. The King size bed was awesome. they charge the bottle water, come on!
Excellent hotel for the business and leisure traveler needing easy access to LAX. We would stay there again.
Everything was perfect. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Cater to your everyneed. Rooms were very nice especially the view of the city. Nothing I didn't like.
Expensive Buffett breakfast. Expensive orange juice and coffee. Breakfast buffet tasted like it was out of a can. No selection for ala cartel for breakfast. No vegan selections. Extra charges for room service, 2 different charges. No bathtub/shower combo. Parking distance from hotel.
The hotel was so awesome! Spacious! Bluetooth speaker! Great view and window! We loved the shower! So much space! we will definitely be back.
Clean and modern Nothing
The location The ambiance isn't great
I love the style at the Standard. It has character without sacrificing quality, and the food at the restaurant is superb. Not much negative to say. Water collected in the soap dish. Uhhhh....?
Rooftop pool was really nice. The room itself wasn't really comfortable. I get the minimalistic / boutique feel the hotel was going for, but it was very basic and didn't seem worth the price. Also, the see through bathroom wall (from the bed area) was a bit odd...it should at least be opaque.
The Standard is in a great area of Downtown Los Angeles. It is in proximity to a lot of great places. We chose to go there because of the rooftop bar they have at the hotel- you get to skip the line if you're staying there. The room was modern and simple but it had really nice amenities and an awesome bathtub with an interesting shower. Breakfast at the restaurant is really good and they sell a lot of cool, quirky stuff at the gift shop. A Los Angeles must for a younger group. Our room was on the third floor and overlooking downtown and the valet area. Since there is a restaurant downstairs, they play loud music and it was bumping until 2am. You come to expect this at such a trendy hotel, but they also give you earplugs in the room. I think it just adds to the vibe of the hotel but some people may not appreciate it.
The food was excellent. Definitely above Standard. :) Their minimalist style was executed well. Food was delivered quickly for room service. There was no alarm clock or clock in the room. This posed many problems for me. I had to turn on the tv and flip the channel to get a momentary glimpse of the time. Also, the mini fridge was crammed full of drinks so that there was no room to house leftover food. The gym was stagnant, dark, and claustrophobic. The equipment was in great shape and functional, but being in that room was a struggle mentally. The walls were a terrible wood-paneling that accentuated the windowless, dark smallness of the room. There was no music, or tv to drown out the silence. Also, on my last morning I found that my arm was eaten up by what could only have been bedbugs.
Room decor, facilities, attentive staff, restaurant, location A bit loud at times
The AHS looking hallways and elevator. Creepy but so kool. I didn't like the bel man to check in my 18 pack. Not kool
We loved the pillows and bed so much! The see through shower was really cool. We loved how modern the style was.we We didn't like how the mini bar menu did specify every alcoholic drink. It stated the red bull cost $5 but got billed $13.. So watch for that.
The staff and manager on shift was amazing, super attentive to details and helpful. There was a privet roof top event... Guest couldn't utilize the roof top bar, the roof top pool was closed off
The rooms were really nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. $38 for parking?!? That is ridiculous.
It was comfortable enough for me to return for a second time and felt right at home. The staff is genuinely nice without being gratuitous. Love the outdoor cafe for breakfast.
Excellent service and great suite W views. Signage for gym directions needs to improve.
the comfort of the bed We got an upgrade but the room was tiny.
Very nice and clean. Great value and great location. Lower floors can be loud at night if there is an event in the restaurant.
Great location, cool hip vibe Very small room, Unresponsive service, air conditioning in room broken, shower in bathroom was actually worse than an old holiday inn. Things were just broken down, dirty, and nobody seemed to care. For a luxury hotel, a huge disappointment.
Possibly one of the greatest hotels I've stayed at within the Los Angeles county. From a friendly courteous staff, to an impeccably clean room, Sofitel has lived up to its standards as well as exceededing them. -The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as luxurious and comfortable as possible with their luggage assistance, complementary calls, rapid response to requests, and much more. -The room was spotless and featured many extra amenities not normally included in other hotels. -A glass window separating the bedroom from the shower exemplified the uniqueness of this hotel and offers a romantic setting for couples. -To top this stay off, the chefs truly know their way around a kitchen. Our breakfast was delightful and very artful. I highly recommend all guests to attend the restaurants or enjoy a meal within your room. Overall, a wonderful experience at the hotel Sofitel. I will gladly be returning in the near future as well as forwarding friends and colleagues. No comment
great room with great view facing the hills on 9th floor i was sick and the maid unfortunately took away my thermos jug with tea, even though i put it off the tray and next to my bed
Location, location, location Small room, expencive parking.
Great staff and great hotel, a little pricey for the size of the room but overall great stay Wifi was down with no notice, was on the phone with IT for over an hour
Beautiful room, helpful staff, comfortable bed. Needed to wear ear plugs as the road noise is quite loud.
The only thing I liked was the location. It is near everything. The room was really dirty and with no manteinance at all. We were awake by the hotel staff at 8 am to see if the could clean the room! 8 am!!! incredible. During our trip to USA we stayed in 3 hotels and this one was the most expensive, ugly and dirty.
Bathroom has no mirror; bed is dirty, I have to wear my cloth while sleeping; floor worn out, smell bad.
Hotel staff are great people. The Swingers Cleanliness of bathroom could be improved.
classic 50's/60's style noisy, hear people talking in the hallway
This is a well-located hotel, with good value for money. Our family of four stayed in a single room which had two beds, a huge shower and was quite clean. Bathroom has a separate W/C so more than one person could be in there. TV set up offers bluetooth/VGA/HDMI connectivity, so bring a cable. There are no decent toiletries provided, just soap and a combo shampoo/conditioner. We expected this, so it was fine. Room was very bright, so had to use shades and close bathroom door. We also had foam pillows, which are a little hard.
Beverly Laurel is my go to place whenever I'm in LA. The rooms are clean and spacious. The customer service is exceptional, and the staff is more than accomodating! There's a restaurant named Singers 5 feet from the hotel. The food is delish, and I've spotted a celebrity or two whIle eating there. Definitely the hotel to book if you're looking for style and great location.
The rooms had potential They are doing full on construction & demo while still renting rooms. Loud demo started at 7am & continued throughout the day. All day! Super noisey I'm surprised they are allowed to book rooms! Awful the manager gave us a discount
Really liked the idea of the hotel, but really under construction. The room was clean, but very minimalist. Staff were helpful. The location was great, though. Very noisy. Construction workers moving around right outside our door. And temporary access entrance door was open all the time, so it felt a little unsafe.
Very clean, quiet, and friendly staff. Love the Swingers diner attached where you can get breakfast/lunch/dinner anytime. This hotel was convenient to everything we wanted to see in Hollywood/Beverly Hills. We walked to the Star Line hop on-hop off bus tour and were able to go everywhere we wanted. I highly recommend this hotel!
Enjoyed my stay in a well designed and highly stylized room. It was comfortable and had every amenity I needed.
Location Location Location!!!! Right where you need to be! I stay here every time I'm in LA .. The room I had this time wasnt as new/renovated like the other rooms I've stayed in previously. I was a little disappointed but still enjoyed my stay non the less and will definitely return.
Walking distance to 3rd St with a lot of restaurants and shops. Also a 10 min walk to the Grove. It can get very noisy, particularly on weekends when partiers are arriving at 3am and are loud and obnoxious. The management doesn't seem to do anything about the noise.
Fantastic corner room Very unreliable wifi despite getting special certificates, etc. Also, very hard to regulate aircon in the room
The water temp didn't stay for long. It got cold fast
Clean rooms, helpful staff. The hotel needs just a little more updating (bathrooms)
Big nice rooms overall. wished they would have had queen beds instead of full. Rooms were big enough to fit larger beds. Hotel itself needs an update such as paint job, it was not that great for a Hilton Hotel.
Closed to airport No cooler
Location I checked in late due to my schedule and had to leave around 3am to catch my 5am flight .
Great staff Large nice lobby Very comfortable beds Great blackout blinds Close to airport Rooms were pretty clean but really small Bathrooms were extremely small kind of dirty For $300 per night value was lacking. Also charged additional fee for wifi in rooms.
The hotel is a huge building with a lot of rooms. Great check in nd lobby area Good restaurants in lobby Close to airport and santa monica Rooms are always clean Most vending machines are out of order or just steal your money $29 a night for parking, make sure to include that into your budget Walls are thin
Comfortable, easy registration, quiet, location, Parking was difficult - hard to find spot and set up of self park difficult. No outlet on some aisle that I turned into
Bed was great and everything was clean. $150 a night and no free wifi? Have to get with the times. Also we asked for a bottle opener and we were asked to pay. Silly. We used a coat hangar to open the beer bottles.
One of the cleanest airport hotels I've ever stayed at. The bathroom was really outdated in my room and little mildew was around the tub.
The stay was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the bar was fun.
Beautiful architecture, enjoyed all of the history around the hotel and the design. Also our upgrade to a suite! ;-) No room service after 11pm. fail.
The hotel was gorgeous and all of the staff members were very kind and answered my questions straight forward without trouble. Check in and Check out was very easy. I had difficulty confirming over the phone two nights before my stay.
The hotel staff was excellent and very nice. They were attentive and accomodating. The lobby and banquet rooms were beautiful. The common areas were a site to see. Great location for downtown. The rooms are run down and shabby. The rooms need a major updating. The furniture was old and worn. The bathrooms were small. The elevators were a nightmare!
It is at a good location. The decor is in a classy old traditional style. It is associated with a lot of history. Maintenance does not match the class: A light did not work. It was not fixed upon notification. The guest information binder was missing.
The hotel is beautiful. The Mezzanine rooms we used for our meetings were unbearably cold and made it hard to concentrate. I had to wear a jacket the entire time.
The door to the toilet in 837 creaked
I enjoyed the history;the many photo's of celebrities ; the beautiful public areas and the restaurants .
The staff was very accommodating and the location was good. The tub in our bathroom was disgusting, needs to be changed out,
the worst and dirty hotel i have been staying ever .. just awful stay ..
The staff was great. The room was clean but the hallways were a bit dated. Having to ask for a small refrigerator. Paying 33$ a night to park.
The restaurant food was good. Curt at the bar was an absolute delight very professional and personable.
Front desk and staff very friendly and accommodating. Third Floor with patio was great. Very convenient to the Forum. Great for overnight stay. A little too smokey. Room filtration not good. No fridge and furniture a little dated.
Overall, our stay at the Westin was a good experience. The room air conditioning smelled of mold. We were constantly on guard to avoid unexpected fees or charges for amenities, such as WIFI, that are often built into the room charge. Parking is available, but at $30/day. Like the song in West Side Story goes "Everything's free in America, for a small fee in America."
The Westin smell. Their signature scent is what we yearn for. Please send us some sample diffusers. Proximity to LAX is unbeatable. The shuttle was prompt and clean, rooms were clean, staff was extra pleasant. Fast-Track-NU Car rental was great. Located in the lobby of the Westin. Toilet made a pretty loud whistling noise for a solid 30 seconds after flush. Room 379. The charge for parking my rental car in the space already owned by the rental car company in the Westin lobby was kind of annoying.
Beds were very comfortable. Spent many hours in the lobby restaurant, food was good, portions were good. We arrived for check-in at 11am; the rooms were not ready upon check-in, which is understandable due to our early arrival. However, the first room was not available until 3pm and the second room for our group was not made available until after 10pm. That is ridiculous. The duty manager would only say that they were at capacity and working to get rooms cleaned as quickly as possible. Really? 10 hours? Unacceptable.
The Westin was very close to the LAX airport and car rentals are right nearby. Very clean and staff was very helpful. Parking is very expensive $33 a day. I also tried for 20 minutes to find a water fountain, finally asked front desk, said they have no fountains on premise and offered no bottled water...... Food is priced on the high side for breakfast, I did not eat dinner there. Air conditioning worked just marginal, had it down as low as it could go. The worst was 6:30 in the morning I was rudely awakened by 2 women located on the sidewalk screaming in Arabic on 2 megaphones at the building. This went on in a rotating chant for and hour. My room was on the 9th floor and the sounded like they were at my door. I went to the front desk and they explained that it was the Union trying to organize workers and the want to annoy the crap out of the Guests so they will leave and/or complain. .They said they will stop when all employees join the union. Gee, if only my window would open and I could find some water.....From then on I asked all servers etc. (nicely), if they belong to the union, if they said yes I left a smaller or non existent tip! I hope that was annoying. I would stay again but not a room with a "view", bring my own water and check the a/c before I settle in.
Used this hotel on a long layover for it was perfect......Great stay
The bathrooms were clean... This was s unionized hotel and we didn't know about it. I wish this was communicated to us before. The morning after our check in, a group of union members gathered in front of the hotel and were protesting for more than an hour with a bull-horn loudspeaker. They started at 7:00 am on a Saturday!!
The hospitality and the convenience of different complimentary that the hotel offers. The clerk during check out was a little less warmer than the other clerks I have spoken to during my stay. She was a little impatient when I ask about the hotel holding my luggage until my flight.
Location Everything else
The lobby is nice The room I could have rented a motel 6 I was not impressed with the room It seemed old No fridge no microwave I would have had a nicer room at motel 6
Terrible experience 1)given confirmation that room will be away from elevators and quite, but the room no. 364 I was allocated, was right next to elevators and infront of maid/cleaning room 2)bathroom door lock didn't work. Door kept opening up 3)thin walls in the room. Could hear the shower noise in the next room 4) unnecessarily delay at check-in counter, because there was another person with same last name as mine had made reservation. Most absurd excuse I had heard ever 5) manager too rude to even come out at check in counter , the lady at the counter had to take my phone inside some room to show it to her manager the confirmation msg I got after I had checked in online earlier 6) found a hair in the milk served at breakfast. When asked to replace it, the server didn't even feel guilty to know about the hair 7) TV remote not present in the room.had to call room services and request one
The location was great, the hotel is beautiful, especially the pool. I didn't rent a car so I liked how easy it was for me to take an uber The bed pillows were bad so I didn't sleep well and the were no outlets near the bed so I could charge my phone and none near the bathroom counter so I could power my curling irons
Everything it sucks
They allowed us an early check-in on a day room. The shuttle was quick and efficient. The restaurant was slow and disorganized. The fact that they charged to print stuff out and didn't have a true business center was annoying.
On site restaurant was excellent. Hotel shuttle to airport was convenient. Room was outdated, dirty, and didn't feel comforting. Seemed like our room was not throughly cleaned was missing items promised by staff at check in - water, coffee, tea.
Desert Nasty greasy dirty bathroom Hall and room dirty, and decrepid
The bedroom was simple and clean. It was a very good price and the WiFi was free. The bathroom was very disappointing. I reluctantly decided to take a shower even though the bathtub was yellowing and did not look clean. When I turned on the water, the drain was so clogged that showering meant standing in two inches of water. We paid over $20 for parking for one night, which was also a let-down as well.
It located near the airport and perfect for travellers like us. They run constant shuttles to and from the airport and a familiar with business travellers. The room condition was below standard. The drains in the bathroom flowed very slowly and the showering facilities were a trial to use. The bathroom basin drained so slowly we had to take turns washing.
Good location ! Good for rental cars return and closer to the airport . The sink in my room smell like death fish.
VERY NICE AND CONFORTABLE MATTRES PRICE
I couldn't control the a/c. I called down to the desk and they said they would send someone to look at it and never did, and this was during a heat wave
Pillows, staff, complimentary items, shower, linen Tight space expensive parking for hotel guest who are already paying for an expensive room and there was a condom wrapper under one of the beds
$32 self parking ! Rooma not worth the price.
Everything costs $$
parking was way too expensive
The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Cookies were unlimited. I would come back. NO POOL???? This is LA! 85 degree and NO Pool? Seriously? Also parking was crazy high! $35 a night to park at a hotel that I'M PAYING to stay at is just stupid. There should be complimentary parking. Ecspecially because they don't even guarantee your cars safely! What am i paying you for??
Garden & staff Bathrooms & No pool
The hotel is extremely nice. The location is perfect in downtown. The staff members are friendly, helpful and are always there to assist. When we asked about a good place for breakfast they not only recommended a restaurant but took us there in the hotel limo. Our stay was super...! Bruce Having to leave.....
Staff was nice super expensive. homeless people were lined up outside in tents
Bed and pillows were ok. Carpet was in good condition. Bath tub drain surrounded by rust. Sink had chips. Toilet paper was very scratchy.
Booked the hotel and got a confirmation email. When going to check in at 11:30 at night I was told I had no reservation. After being in the phone for an hour with customer service, I was told my reservation was actually in Wisconsin. WISCONSIN?! Thanks for making me stranded in downtown LA at midnight. I will never use this service again.
I liked the downtown location the price was good for that type of hotel. Free cookies at check in are nice but they didn't have any :( I watched some homeless person wipe their behind a block away on my arrival. The late night staff was grumpy and non-helpful.
Great restaurant. I was forced due to death in the family to reduce my stay by one night. The hotel, & booking agency was not forgiving at all & had to pay for the night i was not there. Upsetting & costly to say the least.
I have some mixed feelings about my stay at Hotel Angeleno. It seemed like every good thing was followed by a "but." I picked up this hotel with an insane "90% off" sale on Expedia, so after taxes I was paying $50/night. They included valet parking for me, but my friend drove up to stay with me for a night and they wanted to charge him $25/night for parking. I had emailed and asked for a room with two beds, but they were unable to accomodate me. They sent me an air mattress which ended up deflating instantly, and they replaced with another air mattress which also deflated, though not as quick. They also brought me a fridge since the fridge in the room was more a "cooler" (their words). There was some hella loud construction going on in the hotel, so I didn't sleep as well as I'd have liked. And that was on top of the noise you hear from the freeway, which sounds like you left a door open. Other than all of that, the room itself was great. Not huge, but nice amenities and a comfortable bed, plus a coffee maker and a decent shower. Staff were all pretty friendly.
Convenience to freeway & house - left for termite tenting. Gym facilities very small.
clean, trendy, people eager to help pillows too big. shower not hot enough. room service slow
the location and the design of the pettit hotel, so nice!!
Like the friendly staff from the front desk It was not service at the pool And the service at the bar on the 17th floor
Friendly staff & nice restaurant & bar on top floor. Easy access to all LA areas. Very noisy. Just a few yards separates the building from the freeway. The staff suggested we keep the AC on to drown out the traffic noise. It was clean enough but I wouldn't call it a deal & overall nothing to write home about. Very car dependent. No restaraunts within walking distance except for the nice/expensive one in the hotel. I'll try another hotel on my next LA staycation.
Free parking and courtesy vehicle to locations in 3 miles radius Not very conducive to walking around for a bite to eat.
great mattress in the room noisy from the 405, very small room, barely any towels in the room, elevator not working, had to use stairs; you would expect something different at $300/night. No mini bar in room, just an empty fridge. It's out of the way to catch a 7-11 or something also, so you just have to remain thirsty or drink tap water (which I did!)
The amazing and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comforting. The balconies provided privacy from the neighboring balconies. It takes too long to be reimbursed for the money deducted for incidentals at check-in.
Sijainti Musiikki soi kovalla hotelliaulassa
Suosittelemme! Kaikki toimi loistavasti.
location to train and bus services no restaurant, bar had strange opening hours!
the proximity to places of interest which helped my stay comfortable the state of some electrical gadgets are obsolete eg the A/C heater not functioning well, hot water not readily available, guests complaints not addressed, etc
I stayed at the Milner Hotel while on a business trip to LA. The hotel is located within walking distance from my office. My overall experience was good but I wouldn't stay there for a vacation. I stayed in two different rooms during my stay and the best of the two was the King Suite, it had plenty of room and looked newer and cleaner. The other room with a queen bed was too small and looked older and not as clean. Only one of the two elevators was working and so it was a long wait for the elevator. At one point both elevators were broken and I stayed on the eleventh floor, so that's a long way up and down.
location is very good, the staff especially the director , are trying to help from their heart a bit more space is needed in the room the bat view from the window
Location The bathroom was too small 4 1/4 2x4 tile in length and width 1.5 width x 3 can't even stand strait in bathroom. horrible!!
The location being downtown LA that's all. I don't like that online the hotel room looks 100% different than how the rooms really look. I don't like that the bed was broken right when we walked in. I don't like that they have a sink next to the television set and outlet system (very dangerous). I don't like that the bathroom toilet had urine in it already and the shower grout had hair and a sort of residue on the floor. I don't like that the room smelt musky and dusty. I don't like that the I spent so much for false advertising. All in all I don't like this place. And there is literally no other positive except for the location, that's it.
Great DTLA location. Clean comfortable, no frills.
It was good value, unlike US luxury hotels, where breakfast and internet is not included. One day the room was not made up.
Rooms are cute, fair breakfast, central location Very small showers, no telephone in room
That it was close to the forum we were attending The room was horrible and noisy and nly 1 saff member checking people in was terribly slow. The room was not what was shown on the internet! Super small and not worth the money
The position in downtown close to the subway station. Not really nice position during the night; many noises from outside during the night.
That it is central. The bed was ok, and the room and bathroom also. The boys/girls at the reception were usually very friendly and helpful.i liked, that breakfast is included in the price. I liked the coffeemachine in the room! I did not like all the disposable plates and forks and spoons for breakfast and for coffee in the room!! Go green and use at least environmentally friendly disposables, or even better, normal plates and cups. I did not like, that most of the time, the internet did not work.
excellent service and concierge. great pool. fantastic restaurant and brunch. cool rooms
Exceptional and very relaxed service, not at all in your face but everything was possible! The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and for LA the room was exceptionaly quite. All in all my best hotel experience in USA!
The spa is very good and the heated pool. The brunch was also good.
Interior decorations, bartenders, the lady at Altitude that walked my friends and I to the daybeds, and the drinks Customer service, mixing up the reservations, the room smelling like cigarette smoke after have it serviced, luggage bags were not delivered until after 3 hours of checking in, and the hand held shower head would leak water when the dial to only have the shower head was on.
Excellent experience, very welcoming staff with good attention to detail, well located and very good in-house dining options. Interesting designs used throughout the hotel.
your "english"staff and all the architecture
Everthing Lack of power outlets near bed. But had a wonderful time
Nothing beside the breakfast
The Wifi service
The front desk people were very polite and helpful. I stayed on the 4th floor and it was very noisy. Every noise from the hallway could be heard in the room. Also the TV turned itself off right in the middle of a program.
Bed was very comfortable Door to balcony was not sealed, so there was noise and air leaking in.
The honesty of the housekeeping staff was comendable. The safe was left open all day with valuables and money visable, and they remained untouched. The general dining room was extermely friiendly annd efficiennt. A little pricy for what it is.
The pool is nice The rooms are very very small, the treatment to the costumer is really bad. Not reccommended.
The hotel had a glich at their end & did not show my reservation and the hotel was completely booked.
Really great staff. Enjoyed the wine pairing and tasting menu at steak house.
The room and restroom was very clean and the restaurant for breakfast very good Room is small
Had to wait at airport for 35 minutes for shuttle to pick me up. Unacceptable!!
Staff helped us with the set up of a baby bed
Clean, comfy beds and decent restaurants within. Room smaller than expected, especially the bathroom
We liked the close proximity and convenience of the free shuttle to the airport terminal. The staff was courteous. The room and bathroom was clean. No noise. So all in all, this was a pleasant experience. We stayed at this hotel while we were in transit for another flight. As a result, the only thing thatvwe were looking for was a clean, quiet and cheap place ton stay by the airport. We had no other requirements: shopping, spa, swimming pool, etc... So, insight of that there was nothing negative to say about this hotel.
A very dirty room. We will never came here again.
