Beautiful villa with swimming pool, helpful & friendly staff, nice restaurant

Shower not hot. Tea and coffee at breakfast not hot. For 4 star hotel, breakfast could be better. Close to industrial area.

The parking facility is nice although it is quite impossible to locate the hotel as it is not central to Modica but is located on the outer border of Modica.

The hotel is located at the border of Modica: if you have a car then it does not matter but if not then you have a problem. I had to unplug the so-called mini-fridge because of the unbearable noise it was causing. Rooms could have been cleaner. The breakfast room was too close to the rooms (you could hear all the noises). The pictures are deceiving as the hotel is close to a industry area.
