Plussat: The location is brilliant.
Miinukset: We paid a premium to stay in a Jr.Suite. But there is no value add to it. The rooms are pretty average. The f&b offerings are really not what you would expect of a brand like Pullman. Ordered room service at around 11pm and spoke to Valeriea. She had the worst attitude, and pretends that she knew everything on the menu, but when you ask her a question she always was blank and needed assistance. Since the menu options were very limited, I ordered a club sandwich, and on eating that i had trouble in my stomach all night. And o was flying back home. Hence you could imagine my state. My advice is that do not eat at the restaurants in the hotel. You have a lot of options just within 100mt and just opposite the road. And really good ones actually.

Miinukset: About the registration of foreign visitors, according to the Russian Regulations if the person doesn't stay in the city for more then three days, it's not need to register in the hotel. That's what the МФЦ told me. I specially asked the counter not to redo my registration in the hotel, but they still did. This cause me EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT. I have to take a day off and ask for my landlord to go to the МФЦ with me to redo the registration. If you can pay more attention to this, that's can make your customer feel truly relax after stay with you, but not bring a lot of stress and inconvenient back home after the vacation.

Plussat: The hotel is the biggest Hotel in Sochi and the location is good. Good facilities and view on the black Sea. 6 minutes walk to the Sea-point. Good buffet breakfast and the services at the restaurants were very good.
Miinukset: I arrived early to the hotel and requested for a half day reservation since I booked the other two nights online. Thankfully they offered me half rate for the half day stay which was from 6:00 am. However, the receptionist wanted to convince me to upgrade to suite rooms and mentioned that the hotel is fully booked which I was sure wasn’t true. He tried to manipulate with words. When I mentioned that I will go to the hotel next door and come back afternoon. He arranged the rooms within 15 minutes. This experience took us 45 minutes and my family was waiting in the lobby. This is experience was awkward, since our stay was good and the hotel staff were nice and helpful. The hotel has good business and conference facilities, but their lobby is small, so if you are looking to spend some time there, it’s is not recommended.

Miinukset: The location is not as good as I expected before. You need to climb up everytime when back to the hotel, and not very much restaurants and markets around. Cannot communicate with staff in English, which is not convenient. Room keeping can be better, for example, should increase shampoo and shower gel everyday. What's more, so loud music noise at night, even until midnight, so that I couldn't have good sleep.

Miinukset: We stayed on the 3d floor. The balcony was facing Sokolov St. Smog from Kurortny Pr. is unbearable and the nose of the traffic. The standard beds are too narrow, not appropriate to the adult human body. Sleeping was uncomfortable because of that.

Unfortunately there is huge constriction is going on (next door big building is rising up) and if you are looking for quite atmosphere then this place is not for you. This is not hotel fault. Hotel is located up the heal, you will need to walk up the hill from the main street. Location is close to Circus. Paid by card no problem. They allowed us to stay till 6 pm for additional cost, which was great as our plane was very late at night. Thank you! Yes, I will recommend this hotel.

Plussat: Hotel is super clean. Black sea view and sea waves sound was a blessing. Large balcony and large, full of air, studio next to reception. Room cleaning service was daily and early. Thanks to the people who took care of that. When we were coming back every afternoon we found room clean and refreshed. Noise from the bathroom's flushing mentioned in another reviews was nothing, because we figured it out. It was grounder to protect plumbing from being plugged with unwanted items. I hope it keeps the sea from overwhelmed hotel's waste. It makes sounds only if you turn water on. Otherwise it was quiet. Hotel's location was literally on the sea. Hotel price balanced with the season and location on the sea. Furniture is simple, but look like new, beds were comfortable. And everything was like you expected in 3 star hotel: homey and clean. Little kitchenette had everything to cook or warm up something simple. We enjoyed our studio's bath tub instead of a shower. We enjoyed every moment in this hotel. Circus is next door and it had a great show all summer long. Strongly advice you to visit it in the time of your hotel stay. I want to mention the reception girl with name Olga. She was nice and helpful and super sweet. Rest of the girls needs to be more friendly and helpful. When you return your beach towels they order you to bring it in weird location behind the curtains. Instead it should be a nice basket in a convenient location for returning a dirty towels. Taking deposit for the towels could solve the problem of signing it in and out, which is not convenient nor for the hotel guests nor for the reception. We didn't hear any of that much noise mention with another quests from restaurants or people. Hotel was very quiet in all nights we stayed there. I felt in love with that place.

Miinukset: Even I fully enjoyed to stay in Sanremo hotel also it is a lots of space for improvements to be the best of the bests. It could be nice to have - ATM machine inside hotel -laundry room (chargeable is OK) -Ice making machine (foreign tourists suffer badly without the daily water with ice in it)))) It is not only this hotel but all hotels in Russia kind of ignoring foreign tourist's habits and needs, therefore I wish you the best in your business and therefore would like to inform you what will , tourists like us, make to come back to your place again and again.

Miinukset: - Non Of the staff speaks english - The toilet exhaust fan broke down the second day and they didn’t fix it until I left after 5 days despite my daily reminders - The hotel is conducting daily private parties with very noisy and loud music and never stops even after midnight, I complained a lot but treated with careless - if you leave your window open for few minutes you will get bugs or mosquitoes inside your room - Pillows are not comfortable at all.

Miinukset: Although the room was clean the room had a strange smell, it smelt damp and it smelt worse in the bathroom. The bed was not comfortable at all, and there was no blanket on the bed at first, until we got it out of the packet in the wardrobe. After a long day out of the hotel we returned to the room which had been cleaned, but we had not been left any towels. This is a minor mistake but when we went to reception to ask for towels they could only find one, leaving the other having to use a hand towel, we found it very odd that a hotel could not give us two towels.

Miinukset: The quality of products for breakfast left much to be desired. They were neither fresh nor did they taste good. But it’s quite cheap - approx. 12€ per person/night. Still, I’d have preferred eating out. Coffee used for coffee machine as well as served for breakfast was too bitter. Juices served for breakfast were way too sugary.

Miinukset: My room was not cleaned for 2 days in spite of asking 3 times. 3rd day of my stay room was cleaned and the door was left open whole day with my belongins inside. there was no night lamp in the room, I was not provided even after asking and complaining, I was with my little daughter so we left the light on whole night. I booked two rooms for the same price for my sister and me, but second room was tiny with child sink in the bathroom with no internal door, there was a rear door outside only that feces garden. When I asked why, staff answered that it is standard room rudely. I would never go back to this hotel. Receptionist was also a bit rude not attentive when guest approaches to reception. This hotel ruined my mood and stay in Sochi.

Miinukset: The hotel looks like a lair of a narcissistic maniac: the ultimate lack of taste in interior design, filled with canvas portraits of the owner, walls of his photos and crazy decor like sparkling horses! What is worse, the studios aren’t even part of the hotel, being located in the adjacent refurnished old building. Dump in the shower, beds reeking mould, dark, terrible access, although sky could be seen - whole coupla meters of it from a single point. Impression: not good.

Miinukset: 1. There is no breakfast and no facilities to eat or drink within the hotel despite the fact that one floor was specifically dedicated for it - but currently is not in use. Instead one can visit some cafes around (but not too close) and there is a small fridge in the room. Not that it was too inconvenient for us, but it restricts that you only have breakfast on the way out to the city. 2. Modern building - but the rooms have old soviet-style furniture, wallpapers, not working loosy electricity sockets etc. Not a big problem perhaps but get your expectations prepared for this!

Marins Park Hotel Sochi sijaitsee keskustassa, ja Primorskin ranta sijaitsee muutaman askeleen päässä ja Majakin ranta sijaitsee 3 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä.
