Havana Casino Hotel & Spa

Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla, pienen kävelymatkan päässä paikallisesta turistikeskuksesta. Rantaan oli hieman pidempi matka, mutta menomatka oli aina mukavaa alamäkeä! Takaisin sitten tietty ylämäkeä.. Huone oli siisti, ja siivooja kävi joka päivä, vaihtoi pyyhkeet, ja vuodevaatteet joka kolmas päivä. Saimme myös joka kerta iloisia yllätyksiä vuoteen erilaisesti petaamisesta siivoojalta. Ilmastointi toimi huoneessa moitteettomasti, joten huone pysyi kuuminakin päivinä ihanan viileänä. Ruoka ei ollut kovin kummoista, aika kakkoslaatua, mutta kahvi oli hyvää! Kävimme muutamaan kertaan syömässä paikallisessa turistikeskuksessa, ja ruuan laadun huomasi selvästi: hotellilla ruoka oli huonompaa, kuin paikallisessa turistikeskuksessa. Otimme all-inclusive:n, joka ei kuitenkaan hintaansa nähden ollut huono valinta. Ruokaan olisi varmasti mennyt paljon enemmän rahaa paikan päällä, ellemme olisi ottaneet all-inclusive -vaihtoehtoa. Nuorien bilettäjien melu, sekä musiikki ei kuulunut hotellille, josta myös plussaa, tähän varmasti vaikutti myös hotellin hieman etäisempi sijainti rannasta.

Ruuan laatu.

Everything was great. We opted for a 2 bed room with a view at the park. We got upgraded when we got there to a room with sea view. Food was great, room was awesome.

A lovely hotel with a big swimming pool, tasty food and friendly staff. A great place for a vacation!

One of the mattresses was for change, except for that, everything else was perfect!

The staff are friendly and kindly.

Everything was perfect.

Comfortable beds, room was spacious enough, food was ok and fresh.

Bathroom should have been more clean - there was an awful smell and the toilet seat/ bath tub were not properly cleaned. The ladies cleaning the room did not supply the soap and toilet paper in the last few days. Towels were a bit old and some stained. The bed sheets were not changed in 5 night stay.
