Horrible flight...No entertainment...So many passengers left without food...Food items should be changed as it took more time to serve one customer...Remove poha,noodles,dal chaval ,upma and include sandwich or other ready-made food...So as staff can take very little time to serve all.

Momondon käyttämä Tripmonster on nimensä mukainen hirviösysteemi, jonka tiedoittaminen ja etenkin tavoitettavuus on aivan luokatonta tasoa. En enää suostu ikinä ostamaan matkaa Momondon kautta jos he käyttävät Tripmonsteria.

We are vegan and that can mean just tomato sauce of penne pasta on some lines. This was more innovative choices. And they kept it straight in amongst all other passengers meals. It was no big deal to them. I liked that. The service was pleasant. The movie selections were enjoyable. The temperature was kept comfortable on an 11 hour flight. That matters for that long
I like Turkish Airlines. Pearson airport, that's a different story

Plussat: "Flights out of Kabul are generally filled with less-experienced travelers, so Turkish Airlines did the best they could with a planeful of new flyers. Entertainment system had some pretty good choices."
Miinukset: "There's a coronavirus outbreak going on. Just slow down, everyone. Take it easy. Slow down boarding. Slow down disembarking. Enable social distancing. Just slow down. We were packed into economy class, touched by every person walking past, bumped by every bag over every shoulder. Just take it easy. Let passengers try, even a little, to maintain a little social distance in economy class."
Plussat: "Nice seat I got."
Miinukset: "I could not buy extra luggage at airport. They asked me for 470dollars as extra weight. Then my luggage has still not come in my hands :("
Plussat: "second time my flight was delayed for no apparent reason"
Plussat: "crew was good enough... but seats was not comfortable, screen was broken and in general plane was a bit old for 2019 futures"
Miinukset: "more space for legs, modern screens"
Plussat: "Service was fine, but we're of no help regarding late arrival and connecting flight status."
Plussat: "Love flying Turkish, usually they’re very welcoming on the plane and flight attendants are friendly. Seats convert into a lay flat bed which is comfortable. i would say that the appetizers are usually excellent but the main dishes fall a bit behind. Amenity kit is pretty good."
Miinukset: "Boarding is a problem and I expect it’s a problem everyday. One has to go through many additional checks to board a NY bound flight which is understood but the gates can’t sccomod a full 777 flight. It gets hot really fast, definitely what you don’t need before a long flight. Group boarding is enforced but people will still try to wiggle into the priority boarding line. On another note I have had a similar flight on the A330 and the boarding process was smooth (organized)."

Plussat: "It was a traumatic flight"
Miinukset: "The security check in Istanbul was humiliating and I haven’t received this kind of check in my life specially in a connection flight! In a disturbing way the check was in the gate only and includes separation between man and whomen then examination of our bodies with human hands , opening our bag , no shoes etc."
Plussat: "Nothing in particular. It was kind of the worst flight ever. The crew seemed inexperienced to manage a passenger that looked to be disturbed emotionally and mentally."
Miinukset: "They kept moving the passenger to the back o free plane where I was sitting and I was so scared."
Plussat: "Food, service and free movies and amenities was like old times."
Miinukset: "In both 10 hour trips to and from US to Turkey my seats were broken and didn’t recline, which made for an uncomfortable trip."
Plussat: "The food and the attention from part of the crew were beyond excellent."

Plussat: "Their water was fine."
Miinukset: "They purposefully do not update their delays, which are frequent and widespread. They do this so their percentage on time looks better. Both my flights were over an hour delayed but Turkish Airline refused to update the status of the flight. They both came up as “on time”. My driver at my destination therefore waited an additional hour for me and I was charged 90 additional euros. The flight said it was on time online and at the gate it also read “on time.”"

Miinukset: "we were given the same pasta for all our meals, the food used to be soo good on turkish air! now they changed to having to pre- order online which we didnt know so got stuck with the pasta!"
Miinukset: "Customer service was very poor while we were struggling to get back to the US while the hurricane was coming to FL. We tried twice to fly home earlier because we knew the flights were going to get cancelled but the airlines wanted to charge us $1500 for that. So when the time came and the flights got cancelled they were trying to adjust the flights and we got stranded away from our kids. Overall it was not a great experience as far as their customer service and we were not happy with how they chose to handle things."
Plussat: "Boarding started 40 minutes later than stated on my boarding pass. Had to take a bus to the airplane and the ride was not exactly short - I'm pretty sure the plane was parked at the very other end of the airport. When we finally took off it was exactly an hour later than scheduled. That's the first time I've had a delay longer than the actual flight."

Plussat: "Everything, starting from the airport's employee"
Plussat: "I used the prime lounge in Istanbul and when it was time to go, I was able to practically walk on the plane without any wait. The seats were comfy and didn't have a ton of legroom but it wasn't bad. The staff we're friendly and helpful. The in-flight entertainment had a pretty impressive selection and had one of the best-designed interfaces I've seen so far (and I've ridden a variety of airlines). Last and most important, the food was hands down the BEST I've had on a plane. Turkish is killing it, they're my new go-to airline!"
Miinukset: "I really can't complain about anything, even if I try! Maybe the touch screen sensitivity on the entertainment console seemed a little off, but that's just nitpicking"
Plussat: "Crew was solicitous and cordial. Movie choice had too many that seemed like they would have guns. I did find a couple of films to my liking, however."
Plussat: "I eventually arrived at the destination."
Miinukset: "Difficult to communicate with cabin crew due to lack of English. Flight was delayed by 1 hour. General atmosphere on plane was chaotic I think due to the small plane and length of flight as large numbers of people needed to use toilets."
Plussat: "Food was excellent."

Plussat: "Decent food & entertainment but that doesn't change the fact that my flight didn't actually go to my destination, which is the purpose of booking a flight after all, no?"
Miinukset: "Rerouted us to Adana without warning. No help in rebooking flights. No instructions as to what we were supposed to do. Had to stand in several very long lines - incredibly disorganized. Lost an entire day of my trip."
Plussat: "The service was okay."
Miinukset: "There was a woman sitting behind me with a loud child that kept kicking my chair."
Plussat: "Transit was okay."
Miinukset: "Food was not accommodated - no vegetarian food provided."
Miinukset: "First let me tell you that when I booked a flight to Istanbul from Brussels, I booked, so I thought, the airport called Istanbul Ataturk with the initials of IST. What I got was SAW after I paid for a booking that said IST. Sabina Gokcen is one hour away further on the Asian side of Turkey. I did not want this airport! There was nothing I could do about this but bite the bullet & accept what I got since I was not allowed to have any corrections made after paying for this ticket. I am highly disappointed with Kayak. The first time you have disappointed me greatly!"
Plussat: "Very helpful and respectfull crew"

Plussat: "Super friendly crew! Great amount of entertainment on board. Good food."
Plussat: "The desk personnels from the Philippines (flight from Phils to Istanbul) were very accommodating when I requested if the plane was not full that I could be seated on an area where the other seat was not occupied. Very professional with smiling faces."
Miinukset: "So now, this would be the opposite (big time), this lady personnel on the desk (flight from Istanbul to Miami), when I asked her for the same request, she did not even look on the computer and quickly stated that the plane was full. I travel a lot so I just know that this person was lying and sure enough when everyone boarded, they were empty seats. I should have gotten her name because she was just plane lazy and unprofessional, it showed that she did not like her job. I paid an expensive Turkish plane ticket, so I deserve that courtesy and I would fully understand anyway if there were no seats at all but please don't even take your costumers like a fool."
Plussat: "The comfort level was good. I liked the meal in economy and I was able to watch a new movie."
Miinukset: "The flight left late from Marseille, further diminishing the 4.5 hours I had to catch a flight on another carrier. The flight circled the destination and was then diverted to the second Istanbul airport, where we refueled and waited for another hour. People from the back of the plane rushed to the front of the plane while we were still taxiing on the runway at Ataturk, all to get to the front of the line. The crew was passive the entire time. Upon exiting we were herded onto busses (thus taking away the supposed advantage of those rushing the front). When finally in the terminal, I had to go through customs, purchasing a visa (for a country I did not want to visit at the time), and reclaim checked bags. I proceeded to the other carrier's counter, to be informed that the gate for my flight onward was closed. As the ticket was "promotional" I lost that ticket and had to purchase another - on Turkish! Also had to spend a night in a Turkish hotel, also on my dime."
Plussat: "The food, the hotel vouchers, the staff, the plane. I love everything about Turkish Airways"
Plussat: "I have traveled a lot during my life. The flight crew on this flight was the best I have ever seen."
Plussat: "The movie selection was great. Flight times were right on track. No unnecessary delays. Food was good too."
Miinukset: "The incredibly long layover. 9+ hours. We were all cramped in this incredibly small space like sardines. Please don't decrease seat space more! Very uncomfortable seats. I could not get my seat to recline at all. Service was very slow. Especially clean-up of food trays."
Plussat: "The people and service and food were all excellent. My only problem was missing the connecting flight. See comments on the right."
Miinukset: "The flight was late in leaving, so I missed my connecting flight and had to stay overnight in Instanbul. It would have been nice if they were more organized and could have postponed the flight, or made arrangements for those who were on a connecting flight to be driven over there quickly."
Plussat: "How so many crew members were so nice."
Plussat: "The service was outstanding, this is one of the best airlines I have ever flewn. Considering its elegancy and exquisite service. My twelve hours from Miami to Istanbul turned out to be less because of the amazing service I recieved. Very happy that this airline exist and cannot wait to go back and experience this great airline again."
