The location was very nice and quiet, but still within a easy drive to many locations. The dinner was very good and the breakfast was good and plenty. The restaurant is very nice and well laid out, with very friendly and helpful service.
The top floor (double storey) rooms could have had a better view over the banana plantations to the sea, but maybe that is part of the experience staying in and historic building.

The setting was just great: in a garden in a (working) banana plantation away from noisy roads but only 5 mins by car from an interesting village with restaurants, bars & interesting to walk around in. We got a friendly & professional reception, personally shown to our room. The grounds were fantastic to rest & relax (and watch nature such as birds nesting). Useful onsite restaurant with decently priced menus. Friendly reception personnel available whenever we needed, and nice option to buy local products e.g. wine at reasonable prices. In all, we had a very pleasant stay
Our room smelled a bit from apparently applied insecticide (moths). The restaurant was somewhat limited in its offering of à la carte dishes (menus only), and also in a rather limited wine selection

Beutiful hotel and rooms. Rather good food and nice staff serving.
The hotel is situated very isolated. No lunch available at the hotel. You definatly need a car when staying at this hotel which was a suprise. No clearing of rooms fridays and mondays! Not so serviceminded staff. You have to ask for help to bring your suitcase up to your room. Very offseason and cold.

Beautiful old building and room!! Nice staff :) We loved being away from the mass tourism areas. Good location for discovering the island and it’s natural and historical sites. We loved Jaime at the restaurant. Poor guy is alone at the restaurant at night...you’ll have to wait. Try the wines from the Canary Islands!!
Very cheap breakfast with canned juices. We were told to pay extra for a fresh orange juice or a cappuccino. No healthy options, only white bread. Very poor!!
