Plussat: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."
Miinukset: "This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu."

The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food."

Miinukset: "The only complaint I have regarding my most recent flight was the incredibly rude service staff whom we experienced at the front counter at check-in. After a harrowing cab ride to the airport in which our driver continuously ignored my request to follow the GPS insisting that he knew faster shortcuts, we arrived 40 minutes later than intended. Additionally he dropped us off at the wrong terminal such that we finally arrived at the KLM gate an hour later than we had planned. This was especially frustrating as we are traveling with two small children and made every effort to be punctual and leave early to be sure we got there with time to spare. Not the case today. All of that I could deal with, but when we arrived at the KLM counter, and I apologized to the attendant staff member that we were late and explained that our cab driver got lost, she responded by chastising us first in Spanish and then in broken English. She made sure to make it clear to us that it was our fault and we should not blame the Argentinian cabdriver. The cabdriver was not actually Argentinian, but that is totally besides the point. I was totally taken aback to be treated so rudely as a greeting at the airline counter. My wife share the same sentiment. Nothing like this has ever happened to us before. Thank God, every single airport personnel and of course KLM staff member on board was incredibly kind and accommodating of our children subsequent to this. It saved what otherwise could've been a terrible experience."

Miinukset: "Some of the crew lacks interpersonal relations and after some time they stoped their rounds. The flight office said there are 3 meals and we have been served barely 2. One hot meal and one piece of brad after. They gave others snacks but didnt offered to all the same."

Miinukset: "The flight to São Paulo was in an older aircraft, more cramped and no personal entertainment consuls. All in all the flight was fine being an overnight flight, but I would have expected the better aircraft on the long haul flight and the less comfortable aircraft on the short haul. Still good value for money and I'm would definitely fly Air Europa again!"

Rather than call us to the plane by rows, we were asked to form two lines, right at the moment of boarding, and the passengers all had to scramble together and jostle our way through."

Plussat: "I had heard some bad things typically associated with low-cost carriers, but that might only be on their shorter domestic/EU flights. In the bigger plane for the transatlantic flight, there was good service, two meals and drinks for free, and a decent in-flight entertainment system."
Miinukset: "There wasn't any entertainment. But this was a short flight, so was expected."
Miinukset: "I bought 2 tickets at the same time for me and my wife and the sat us separately 10 rows apart from each other. Its stupid they dont let you choose your own seats. Also paying for the bag was another long process and had to go to 3 sepparate counters because Air Europa required a different procedure. Pilots necer announced upcomig turbulence and the landing was horrible. Old and uncomfortable seatbelts. Ive been on 3 flights this week and this was by far the worst. Wont be flying Air Europa in the future."

Miinukset: "After trying several times and calling the airline, hearing everything was ok... It wasn't. When I showed up at the counter to check in luggage, not inly I was not checked in for the flight but also I had to pay a counter fare for not including the lugagge in the check in on line... . Although very polite, airport personel could not help ne with the provlem created by the airline. No explanation so far to the reason I was not able to check in on line and save 30 Euros... Next time I am flying Iberia. Same price, better service."
Plussat: "It got us to our destination. A member of the crew, the male attendant (can't remember his name), was very kind and helpful. We sat in the emergency exit row and it was the first time an attendant ever went over evacuation procedures for sitting there. (We always try to get the exit row bc I am six feet tall.) He was personable and funny and made us comfortable after waiting a long time to finally board."
Miinukset: "We couldn't find it! Our boarding pass said go to Gate ABC however that's not a thing. Each Gate A, Gate B, and Gate C had like 60 options. The crew from the previous flight didn't mention how to find connections or where to go and when we asked airport employees, they took one look at our ticket and said they didn't understand what Gate ABC meant. We saw a board and discovered it was Gate B65---a 45 minute run/walk away. We ran through the airport. We heard our flight being announced as final boarding so we ran even faster. When we got there, the attendant asked us if we were transfers and we confirmed. She then said that she was about to call our names. We were relieved we made it in time. Then we got on the bus to get to the train and waited 35 minutes!!! Why were we rushed through the airport only to wait on the bus?? Other people boarding after us did not look rushed at all. Also, the female crew member kept telling my mom to move her purse. My mom explained that it was attached to her outfit and that she wore it through takeoff but the attendant didn't listen because she just said again that my mom had to stow it. But it was part of her clothes! It couldn't detach! My mom explained again but the attendant said back "it is our policy to store purses." It was frustrating bc she either wasn't listening or didn't understand even when my mom showed her it was attached. She just stood there looking at my mom. It was attached to her jacket so my mom finally said whatever and had to take off her entire jacket (scarf was also attached) and put it in the overhead bins all because the woman seemed like she didn't understand English."

Miinukset: "Customer service lack of skills. It seems that Air Europa staff do not want to be there doing their job. The new aircraft was extra narrow, lack of comfort. Very disorganized at time of boarding. Waited one hour for a cup of water when coughing."

Miinukset: "Air Europa is using an old plane for the MAD-SJU route. It's a flight over 8 hours long. The entertainment screens are overhead, seats not so great."
Miinukset: "The time allotted at the MAD airport for connection was tight ... a LONG way to walk with a carry on bag and through lines of people. Need to make flyers over 65 aware of that ...."
Miinukset: "We had 1h30minuts of delay. Too much for a 40 minut flight..."

Miinukset: "Tne Air Europa departures site at Barajas is like a State Secret- almost impossible to find. The airport info is no more helpful. Once you do get to Terminal I, there are No signs directing you to their ticketing desks. You have to go askina people and praying they do not mislead you ,to finally find it literally at landsend. It would be very helpful if the airline included information as to the correct terminal and the position of the baggage and boarding pass check in in its reminder of the scheduled flight. I hesitate to travel with them again because of the airport experience, not their service once you find them."
Plussat: "I was surprised by the food, and the crew was always kind, warm, and welcoming. I liked that we got two meals for our trip and that the flight was smooth. We weren't delayed at all and everything was incredibly efficient. I was really impressed for a low-cost flight."
Miinukset: "My partner was really uncomfortable, as the distance between seats is pretty insufficient. I was only comfortable because I am a particularly short person. Also, it was a little disappointing that the TVs on our first flight didn't work and that there were only two TVs for the whole back cabin during the second flight. That is not the end of the world, though, and I think that even on a budget airline, seat sizes are unfortunate. Also, the timing of the movies was really strange. They couldn't fit in two movies for an 8 hour flight because they were timed poorly."

Miinukset: "Boarding process in Madrid in like a cattle drive. Probably not the airlines fault but was unpleasant. Premium class seats could use a bit mor padding and the footrests are useful for only very short people."

Miinukset: "Nearly an hour late departing because of “passenger security screening for flights to US” - as if they don’t do this every day? They needed to start getting people into gate area much earlier. Limited video content - all sorts of programs I’ve never heard of or didn’t want to watch."
Plussat: "Nothing. Awful crew"
Miinukset: "We didn’t purchase the food plan but we’re willing to buy food. Nobody wanted to help us. We had to chase down a flight attendant in order to get a sandwich & water. Never felt so ignored in my life. Awful crew & with lack of people crew"
Miinukset: "I PAID for food and never got my food. I booked my ticket in February and sat at the end of the plane near the bathroom and those were not the tickets I selected. My wife wanted water and a blanket and they charged us for both and never gave her either one. The worst flight ever. I will now reconsider using this airline"
Plussat: "The food was decent but over priced. I’m not sure my I paid extra for the food when everyone was served."
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed for 6 hrs- The tech didn’t work- absolutely No entertainment THe flight attendants were rude and inept. They repeatedly dropped and spilled things on me. The first words should be “sorry” but instead I got “it’s just water” “it was empty” However, it was hot water and no one likes things dropped on their head"
Plussat: "The flight was on time"
Miinukset: "Kind of a bumpy landing and the flight was delayed. Baggage check in terminals were down as well, which caused quite a bit of delay"
Plussat: "The staff was friendly, and the entertainment was great."
Miinukset: "I was forced to sit separate from my partner, who I was traveling with."
Miinukset: "I missed my flight waiting at the wrong gate( there was another flight to Stockholm, my connecting city, being conducted by another airline) I did not notice until it was too late. The airline neglected to offload my checked luggage, refused to do accommodate me with a change fee and now has lost my bag and has no idea where it is."
Plussat: "It's a very nice plane, everything seems new and updated. I like that the cost of the flight didn't break the bank."
Miinukset: "I don't like that I had to pay for food (being that it's an international flight 8 hours). It's the first international flight and the first flight ever that I've had where they didn't at least offer you a drink. I also didn't like how phony the baggage system was. I had to pay 65 dollars for one bag...because I paid it at the airport vs paying it online. And last but not least I wasn't satisfied that I wasn't able to check in online beforehand, the line was ridiculous."
Miinukset: "I flew from Milano and transferred in Oslo. We had 1,5 hrs of lay over which should be sufficient to transfer baggage to the NY flight however, my bag didn’t make it to NY. The staff at JFK couldn’t tell me where the bag is, I am still waiting to hear from them."
Miinukset: "Flight crew didn’t ask anyone if they wanted a drink for the whole 10+ hrs unless they had pre purchased food."
Miinukset: "The cabin crew didn't have any personality, and didn't look happy most of the time, a smile goes along way. When you look for a cost effective flight especially when flying with family including 2 young children you think it is good that the flight costs were quite good, however when you add in the additional baggage fees each way and the reserving you seats so you can all sit together the overall flight costs including the extortionate food prices on board makes them out to be much the same if not higher than that of one of the premium airlines that already include all those things in your flight cost. Not to mention when arriving home in Boston around 40 passengers bags had been left in London and there was NO Norweign staff available to help with this, it tool numerous requests from passengers as well as the flight services people to get a Norweign member of staff to come and help. SO there were a lot of unhappy passengers. I will be seriously considering whether i use Norweign any more in the future because of this."
Plussat: "At JFK departure was delayed about two and a half hours"
Miinukset: "I want to reimburse you at your company."
Miinukset: "After four hours on the tarmac at JFK we had to wait three hours to get our luggage. That’s 7 hours wasted and loved ones waiting to provide rides."
Plussat: "Crew was extremely helpful. The flight was delayed and it was cutting it close with my connecting flight. One of the crew members had the bus take me to my terminal and I made the flight."
Plussat: "The crew was helpful and polite."
Miinukset: "Boarding was horrible. Food is way overpriced for what you get...even for airplane food."
Plussat: "The bulkhead seats were great. Lots of room. Would love to come home with those"

Plussat: "Norwegian is an awesome airline."
Miinukset: "Both Athens and JFK were horribly prepared for our flight. We were delayed 90 min departure due to the irresponsible extra screening by the Athens security staff. Then, when we got to JFK, we sat on the tarmac an extra 45 min because the gate wasn't ready for us."
Plussat: "Its very cheap! But its a typical no-frills airline that doesn't give you food, extra leg room, etc. The woman at the check in line was super nice, though, and gave me a seat in an empty row."
Miinukset: "They didn't give us any (free) food for a flight from Providence to Dublin. You have to get your carry on approved by the check in desk first, so you can't go right through security even if you've printed out your boarding passes."
Plussat: "Economical with great customer service."
Plussat: "The plane was new and had could technology. The lighting, windows, touch screens and bathrooms were all in good condition."
Miinukset: "The flight took a long time to load. I could not check in online or pick my seats. We checked a stroller when boarding, and when we got off we were told we could not get it until we went through customs. Customs at LAX takes an hour to get through, which left us with a baby and all of our carry-on luggage to transport for an hour. We traveled through many airports on this trip, but never had our stroller not available at the gate."
Plussat: "B787 is a great aircraft. It's true the pressurization and the lighting reduce fatigue.Great crew!"
Miinukset: "Seats do not recline enough."
Plussat: "The engine purred like a kitten. Seats, free videos, easy access to order drinks & food w tap of your finger. Friendly, courteous greets you w a warm smile. Spacious airplane."
Miinukset: "Norwegian airlines needs to tell their customers that their luggage was left behind in Stockholm. We are exhausted from the long travels & are even more pissed off when multiple customers kept waiting for their luggage. I felt even more horrible to the family that was taking a cruise the next day. Can you believe Norwegian airlines are closed on Sunday. Couldn't talk to customer service until Monday when they opened. Bad customer satisfaction;("
Plussat: "Plane, crew and all other aspects on boarders very good."
Plussat: "It was late due to some problem with the plane that required additional paperwork and they did not inform us very well anout it. Food is confusing. We got little half cups for tea that we didn't realize were our tea cups."
Miinukset: "It was late. Better communication would help."

Miinukset: "The crew had no personality and the food wasn't good. I went to order from the screen since it was hard to eat the dinner, they were out if everything. A few kinks that could be worked out. But start with the people! When I say thank you and your crew ignores me...its simply rude."

Miinukset: "Paid 8$ for a snack box and not one thing was recognizable to an American. Some pretty gross candies."
