Fantastic hotel with a great staff.
Everything was great and I will be back in a couple of weeks.
As with every place you go, there may be a small problem that might irritate you, but after rethinking and settling down you realize no one in perfect. This is by far my favorite hotel in Angeles.

HUGE let down!
The water was brown(the whole hotel), there was a constant sewage smell and the pipes would back up and flood the room(didn't happen only one time. The jacuzzi never got a chance, the sauna would pop it's own breaker. The wifi stength is to weak to be accessed except when standing by the door. The A/C worked ok when it got going. Do not bring your family, i saw the jacuzzi and sauna and thought what a great honeymoon room, wrong the hotels soul source of business is foreigners seeking the sex trade. The staff was the only real positive, exceptionally polite and responsive at all hours. However definitely would not recommend this hotel.
